They were so fast and efficient. They have a lot of customers. They were just great. They have very good customer service. They have good products. They were honest about what we would have to spend. They worked with us on payments. There were no surprises. They came out and put everything in. It was wonderful. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They are really nice people. We call them and they are right there. All the employees wear uniforms and are very nice. Over all they are one of the better ones.

I wasn't happy with their technicians at all. They came out and told me that my whole unit was shot and that I would have to get whole new inside and outside units. They were talking like it would be $4000-$5000, and I had someone else come out and look at it, and they said that it was just a burnt wire. They fixed it and it cost me $200. This second technician told me that the first technician had gone up into the attic and actually had disconnected some wires so that the unit upstairs would not run. I was not real happy. The company should look at the technicians they are hiring and take a better look at what is going on out in the field. Since this report was posted to Angie's List the company has since dismissed the technician that they sent to my house. They have had meetings and have started a new training program for the techs that they have and have changed their hiring process to ensure they get better technicians.

They were fine. They are prompt, they are courteous, and they are pretty accurate with the pricing. He thought it would be a four hour job but it was a three hour job so he cut the price some. I don't know how the price compares but the compressor was under warranty so that was nice. They called before they came to make sure someone was there.
