Poor. Estimator was "fast" talker. He tried to handle everything by phone, until I emailed him I needed a written estimate.

After initial estimate, crew came in and were fast and neat. no regrets

He found that there was a nail that had gone too far. He fixed the nail, patched up the whole, and didn't charge me a dime. Told me to call him if any other problems occurred. Great experience.

No work has occured as of this date.

I had called Berryman after another roofer took nearly $15,000 from me and left the state without doing any work. After that experience it was important for me to do considerable research before hiring another roofer. I called three roofers, including Berryman, to get estimates. I told each roofer that I was getting other estimates. When the salesman from Berryman called with their estimate, I thanked him and said I would get back to him as soon as I got the other two estimates and could compare them. He began swearing at me and telling me I owed him $150. for engineer fees for looking at my roof and that he would have never bothered if he knew I may not use him. I hung up on him while he was still ranting and called the owner. The owner met with me and "explained" that the salesman had a short fuse and had done this before but asked that I still consider them. He then began talking about his strong belief in Christ and asked about my relationship with God (I believe this was an effort to get me to trust him, but I did not feel it was appropriate). But he never once apologized. When he sent me an estimate, I declined.

Mike was great - he helped us through the entire process and made it very easy for us. Workers finished the job very quickly and cleaned up well afterwards. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing residential roof services.

They appeared to do a really good job. My husband dealt with them mostly. They did the work and everything was A - okay. I would rate them overall a B. We did get several bids and they were a little bit higher but they did a little more, like picking up afterwards. My husband bought all the materials and they just put it on for us. We would use them again if needed.

They were very quick to respond and very quick to do the work. They did a great job overall!

From the estimate to the finished product, everything was done very efficiently and professionally.

Our roof had been leaking slightly over the last year & we just knew we needed a new roof. I called 4 different roofing companies to obtain quotes on the replacement of our roof & Berryman Roofing was the ONLY one which responded! Two of the other companies were listed on Angie's list as well but NON RESPONSIVE to my request. It probably was a blessing in disguise, because David from Berryman Roofing was outstanding. The office responded promptly to my request & David ( Representative) was on the phone with me the next day & out to our home the following. David, informed us we didn't have to have a new roof at this time, there was minor repair work that needed to be done & would solve our problem. I have to say his honesty was shocking & very much appreciated, he could have just as easily told us yes you need a new roof right now. His honesty and prompt service, with a reasonable price certainly earned my business from now on. When the time comes to replace our roof, I will be calling Berryman Roofing. Wonderful folks!!!

They did great. It was extremely hot when they did this. They had it done in 2 days and cleaned up everything.

He was on time, very professional and wasted no time going work and repairing leak in roof.. He took time to show me what caused leak and how it was repaired..

Other than delays due to weather the work was done in a timely manner, these guys work fast. They cleaned up everyday before leaving and the supervisor addressed any concerns I had immediately. The estimate matched the insurance company's numbers. David from Berryman was extremely helpful during the entire process and made us feel at ease with the process as everything they told me was repeated by the insurance adjuster and agents. There was a small incident with the truck that delivered the materials where hydraulic fluid ended up all over my driveway, I was notified of what happened and that they had my driveway pressure washed to clean up any residue left behind. Excellent company to deal with.

I liked that the company step up and dealt with the insurance company for me in order to get enough money from the insurance company to get the roof that I needed. He was able to take the stress off and handle everything.

Contractor arrived when the said he would. Crews worked long hours in extremely hot weather, taking breaks as required. Crews worked through the weekend. Foreman was very responsive to my requests as were members of the crew. I was notifed of a needed change in materials on portions of the roof with a low slope. This was required due to code and in order to get a Windstorm Certificate. I was given the opportunity to inspect the changed materials and check the color and method of installation. This change utilized a two part system of "sticky back" neoprene underlayment, instead of felt, and then a "sticky back" neoprene overlayment that closely matched the color and texture of the composition shingles. These materials came in roles three feet wide by 20 feet long. The only problem I had was the re-installation of the satellite dish. The mounting bracket had to be moved slighty in order for the screws to go into the structural member behind the fascia board. The original installion by the satellite dish company was not done correctly. The Contractor said he would pay for any charges from the satellite dish company to re-align the dish. There was no charge and the owner called me after the service call to confirm that I was not charged and that I was satisfied wih the roof installation. The job went very well; the Contractor was very helpful and cooperative. The quality of workmanship was excellant.

i was impressed from the moment they stopped to give estimate. Jim and Mike were more than professional. the shingles arrived a day later than originally planned but they kept me appraised of the change. They let my daughter know that one of my dogs got out and helped her look for it. I believe my crew boss was Santiago and they were great. They were efficient in everything they did and finished in just over 2 days. One of my light fixtures fell down from the pounding on the roof and they willingly paid for the replacement. They stopped by my house for all transactions and came when it was convenient for me. They did forget to put up part of my gutter and when I called, they said they would take care of it. The crew stopped at 8:30 pm the next day to put up the gutter--after working all day on another roof. I was quite impressed! I would recommend Berryman Roofing without any reservations. PS:They had worked with my daughter through most of the work because I was at school but she left for her new job before we finalized payment. they asked about her when we did settle up. I thought that was quite personable. good guys!

They were very prompt, and did the job quickly and in a professional manner.

The Berryman Brothers are part of the community. Not just riding around to make money it is obvious that they are more interested in keeping their good name in the community. They did everything they said they were going to do to include working with TWIA. I would highly recommend them for any storm damage repairs covered under TWIA. They understand the system and take care of everything.

Barryman was personable, reassuring us that he would continue to service our roof whenever needed. His crew was prompt, hardworking, and cleaned up afterwards. In every way, he met and exceeded our expectations. The price was reasonable considering the size and quality of roof we required. He took time to explain the pros and cons of all roof types for our area. Two years later, our roof has not given us a moments worry. We are confident in Berryman's work. Do trust Mr. Barryman!
