+ -1 moreShane was able to come right over and start work which is a rarity out in the country. The job was a bit more difficult due to the location and how deep the system was buried and that no risers were installed nor the caps marked. Shane was able to locate by use by use of his backhoe/tractor and quickly located the issue, fixed it, and returned the area to its previous condition (within reason). He did not gouge me on the price although it was a bigger job than was originally quoted and I would highly recommend him for future needs - Note he will be fixing the riser issue in the future.

Description of Work: After putting in a new aerobic septic system, our contract was on the old system's schedule so we didn't get a new contract. Once I called, a new one was in our box the very next day, and they haven't increased their service contracts in 2 years. I've always been pleased with their work.
