+ -1 moreIt went great! Lone Star came out and isolated the issue, took apart our waterfall and let me know what was going on. This was a tricky fix because there was a small crack in our waterfall box. My options were to order a custom box to match the current (these are not cheap) or let them attempt to repair the box first. I opted for the less expensive route. They brought out a special compound and sealed the crack. From there, we let the pool run for a few days to make sure that there were no other issues. Once they saw that there were no other leaks, they put the waterfall back together and even used the extra grout to seal some other cracks that I had around the pool. This extra touch didn't cost them anything and made my pool look much better. I will definitely contact Lone Star if I encounter any other problems in the future. They were excellent to work with.
Description of Work: One of the waterfalls in my pool was leaking, causing a slow drop in water level and chlorine poisoning to the plants behind the pool. I needed this fixed as we had just done some landscaping and planted some new trees behind the pool.
