Our mission is to execute all of your remodeling, rebuilding, creating and improvement needs necessary. We will complete the job in a timely, professional, satisfaction driven manner. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and you will see that we carry out our work as such. Our superior attentional to detail and work ethic will not leave you disappointed. We believe that anything can be fixed with a little hard work and dedication. With my vast experience in the construction business I decided to become the founder and owner of KSEI Remodeling: - 36 years in the construction/carpenter business - Receiving my Journeyman Carpenter Certification - Insured - Completing the Joint Apprentice Training Class (1979) which involved: - 700 hours of in-class education - 4 years of on-site training With these qualifications and extensive experience in the construction/carpenter business I understand what it takes to become a quality contractor. This experience allows me to pick the more than capable crew that makes up KSEI Remodeling. We can assure you that we are professionals in every aspect of the word and that you will be extremely satisfied with our work. Contracting is more than a job for us, it is a privilege to be able to help you.

We signed an agreement after 4 months and gave a sizable down payment of serveral thousand dollars. Then he started dodging my calls. I went to a lighting company that he had suggested and an employee there called him and when he returned her call, she passed me the phone. I asked why he didn't return my calls. He said there was no money to be made from the job and that he was busy so I asked for a refund, then he said he did not have my money to return to me.
Description of Work: I hired him to replace siding on my home and remove the porch and extend it, add new concrete and a porch cover, and redo heating and a/c, new windows, repair gutters and shutters, and to paint. It was a big job.
