+ -1 moreI called one provider that never showed up and did not even call me to let me know he would not show up. The next morning i called this provider and within an hour he showed up. This was the day before the large ice storm here. He was able to get our heater going and I will need to have him come back later to fix it permanenatly.
Description of Work: Came over to get the heater working before the ice storm. There is more work that needs to be done but he was able to get it going so we could be warm during the ice storm

+ -1 moreReplaced entire a/c and heating system; temperature was down below 20 degrees f and electric furnace would not work, He installed a new unit the next day and we are completely satisfied with the unit including the price. The new installed unit is a 4 ton trane with heat pump and electric furnace.
Description of Work: removed old a/c heating unit and replaced it with a new 4 ton Trane unit with heat pump and electric furnace.

+ -1 moreThis is a simple story. They came promptly to our home the evening of our call. They professionally approached the problem, made an assessment and took action to solve it. They cleaned up minor disturbance of the floors, etc., and went on their way.
Description of Work: Mr. Forbes himself and another technician came promptly to our home due to a "frozen" freon line. The problem was in the setting of the thermostat which they worked on and reset. We are watching it to see if we need further service. So far we have had no further problem.
