hardwood floor
+ -1 moreThey damaged more of the floor than they had to repair, They left boards sticking up up and stains on the wood. The owner came out and said it looked good and they were not going to fix it. When I told him how bad it was, He stormed out of the house and said don't call me again

+ -1 moreFloorsByReeves is dragging their feet. Couldn't pick out grout for 1.5 weeks because floor rep was out of town (supposedly). Once we did pick out the grout, they asked for half the money up front. Now that they have our money, they are dragging their feet again, due to automotive trouble. I asked for a refund and the response given was, "we can't provide a refund until we can determine how much restocking fee is and our rep is on vacation". FloorsByReeves is good at dragging their feet. DO NOT do business with FllorsByReeves!
