Called on Thursday Morning 9am (2/26/15) and explained what I wanted done. Was told they would be out later that day. Called back on Friday to find out if they were going to come out. They said they got tied up but would be out today and asked me what I wanted done so I explained it to them again. Called them again on Monday to find out why they did not show up. They told me thay the owner was in Oklahoma working and would be back today and would be over to do the work, but also asked me again what I wanted done because they had no record of what I wanted. It is now Wednesday and have not seen them yet or received a phone call. I am now trying someone else.
Description of Work: Nothing. Never showed up.

I called to request service on a bad breaker and quote on an additional line. I was told that these would be two separate visits, and that they should be able to get me in in the next few days, and that they would call when they were ready. I never received a call. A month later I called back to request the same service and was given the same information. A few days later I received a call saying that they might be able to come the next day, and I specifically requested they call me back to confirm if that plan solidified. I did not receive any further contact. All calls were polite and informative, but the fact they let me completely fall off the radar (twice) does not give me much confidence in the service they provide nor in their desire to make sure I'm satisfied. I will be using other companies in the future.
Description of Work: I contacted Duncan Electric to request service on a bad breaker and a quote on adding an additional line. No services were performed because they twice failed to put me on the schedule.
