+ -1 moreVery well! I'm pleased that they'd go the extra mile for me.
Description of Work: I had a washing machine problem. I usually fix my own, but this was beyond me. Bad Transmission. Curtis Appliance is my "go to" service provider in such cases. They fixed my washer and all was well. Then a month later, it started acting up, again. The service guy came by, found a simple problem (intermittent/loose electrical connection), fixed it quickly, and wouldn't accept additional payment.

+ -1 morewas very conservative in items used for repair gave option to use a brand/new part or a savaged part. Try to save money as much as possible.
