Computer Repair by Cliff Shomette

I can take care of most computer issues myself, but when it's over my head, I wouldn't take my computer to anyone but Cliff. I gave it to him on Thursday and told him I was desperate to have it back, and he took special efforts to have it finished by Friday. He spent time with me discussing the best way to handle my issue, keeping my needs and my budget in mind. He never patronized me nor spoke too technically, but communicated clearly and professionally. He introduced me to new technology (a solid state HD), recommended it, told me why he recommended it, and then let me make my own decision without the least pressure. He didn't stop with just obtaining the Win 7 license and formatting the drive, but loaded Office for me and set me up with automatic back ups, virus protection, and malware protection. He spent a lot of time with me discussing what I wanted done, but he never showed any impatience - in fact, he was as professional as a person can be, yet at the same time cheerful, friendly, and helpful. He always takes good care of me and my PCs, and he has told me that, if I run into a problem, I should call him any time and he'll fix it. I doubt that I'll have to call him; Cliff's repairs are far too good. In short, working with Cliff is always pleasant, is not to expensive, and leaves me feeling secure.

He is personable,honest and diligent in his task and yes I would hire him again and will for any future computer needs
