5 STAR CARPET CLEANING

I called 5 Star on my way home after my husband called and said the entire house was flooded. I immediately went into panic mode and called 5 Star and he was there within an hour start extracting the water from the house. Fans and humidifers were at the house for a full week. Jeff was very thorough and insightful. Would definately recommend.

They were on smartly on time. The gentleman came in and inspected what I was wanting done. He then explained that he had cleaned this carpeting many times and that the person was an engine machcanic and that he brought in that dirt from the shop and that he also had some dogs. He said that the path he walked was all the way into the pad. That his cleaning does not remove the dirt from the pad, and as far as I know no one else can clean into the pad either. The only way to get rid of that is replacing the carpet itself. He said the carpet was in good shape but for the grinded in grease. The carpet in the front was most likely from the 60's and I fully agreed with him since I can remember having this carpet back then. And the same with that,was that the dirt was way into the padding. He gave me the choice to use him or not and the price. I like this truthfulnest! Many companies just do what you want take your money and go. As a senior and alone woman I felt very safe while he was in my home. He was very friendly and communitive if that is what you want. He did not let his cell phone interfer with his work. He did answer when it rang but made the calls short. My dog accepted him right from the start and she is a service animal so they are trained to warn and protect. Animals instints are very sharp. I would use him again and I would highly recommend this gentileman to all of my friends and neighbors. A JOB WELL DONE GENTLEMEN!
