Dave Custable worked with an existing estimate from my insurance carrier and offered a very price-competitive quote. We scheduled a construction date about three weeks in advance and he kept me very informed as to the status of the upcoming job and the expected arrival of the construction materials. About 10 days prior to the start date I needed to change the start date and Dave was very flexible in changing the date. On the newly agreed date, Dave's crew showed up first thing in the morning and immediately began tearing off the roof. Dave arrived about an hour into the project to confirm all was starting according to our agreement. He introduced me to his site supervisor and personally committed himself and his team to a quality job. The team completed about half the job on the first day and then sealed everything up as the next day was forecasted for rain. In fact, drizzle had started at the end of the first day. They cleaned up around the work site during the first day, as they worked. On the third day, they returned and completed the job, as agreed. Dave came by several times during the project to make sure the work was progressing according to our agreement. The two skylights had to be ordered and so they weren't installed until two days after the job roof job completed. Dave, again, checked to see if I was satisfied with the new skylights, which I was. Overall, TriVAN did a very professional job and I would recommend them to others.
