+ -1 moreWe set up weekly cleaning service at a reasonable monthly rate. The weekly service was good until the end of the summer (although the inline vacuum hose filter wasn't always put back correctly so it didn't leak air). At the end of our service the person doing the cleaning didn't vacuum the small amount of debris for the last couple of weeks, so I just cancelled at that point. If you all you need is weekly service and you don't have any questions and nothing changes or comes up regarding the pool, the service is reliable and the price was reasonable. Once the water was balanced, we never had algae or cloudy water the entire time, even with the tremendous heat. If you have questions or need other services, my experience showed it was hard to reach someone unless you were able to catch them at the house.
Description of Work: I was more disappointed in the lack of communication or checking with us to see if had any questions. I left several voice messages - asking if they also did end of season shut down and covering the pool (my husband can no longer do that) or start of season cleaning (removing a pool cover and getting the pool back in balance). I would think the opportunity to quote other services would have resulted in a call back; at the least, a voice message saying you don't provide that would be polite. One week, he showed up the next day (car problems) and fortunately, I had accidentally left the gate unlocked, but a phone call would have made sure I didn't lock him out of the yard. No one returned any of my phone calls the entire summer.

+ -1 moreOur pool pump broke and we called and he called us back said he would be out Tuesday or Wednesday and would call back and just never did. now our pool is turning green because its not on and has put us so far behind on getting it fixed. I am extremely disappointed.
