Description of Work: They clean my house every other week and they do a very good job. The are very reliable and they come when they say they will. Sometimes they have to work around stuff and they do a good job of that.

Description of Work: This wonderful lady is a cleaning saint! We had a 2700 square foot home in dire need of a move out cleaning. A team of two cleaned our home spotless in around 4 1/2 hours. We're talking about major cat hair on the floors, tons of carpeting, etc. She did such a great job that we want to hire her to clean our new home on a regular basis! Thank you for doing such a great job on our move out cleaning!

Description of Work: Lupe's crew did a move-out cleaning for the house we were renting. It was a large house 5k+ sq ft and they worked for close to a whole work day. | |The house smelled wonderful when they were done and I don't think the house has ever been this clean, including the day we rented it. | |I checked for dust in cabinets, shelves, window sills, etc., and couldn't find any. | |Though we have someone else who cleans our home weekly, I will definitely work with Lupe and her team in the future. |

Lupe was very professional and courteous when I first contacted her. She made an appt to come to my house that afternoon and talk to me and see my home. She was attentive to my needs and concerns. She gave me the option of using my cleaners or using theirs. There is a price difference as there should be. She was very good about mutually discussing expectations. Communication so far has been easy and open. Lupe and her daughter in law were able to fit me in quickl, and again they were professional, attentive and thorough. They respected my house (ie not throwing dirty rags onto the floor nor on clean surfaces unlike my last house cleaner). She has assured me they don't cancel at the last minute (unless of course there is an emergency) which will be a departure from past experience.

The service was excellent and the price very affordable. We have a large home with three living areas and the price was beyond reasonable. They got a lot done in a given amount of time and we were well pleased. There was a lot of attention given to details and the house smelled clean when we walked in. I would recommend this service and would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: The team cleaned our home from floors to ceiling fans. Dusted, swept and vacuumed, and mopped floors, cleaned kitchen sink, counters, appliances, bathrooms and living areas.

I have been using R&C for well over 7 years. Every time I have them come clean my home, I always feel like the House fairy has been there. Lupe has been invaluable in helping me maintain my home. She is always flexible in my scheduling. I have referred her to 2 of her existing clients. Lupe has performed "top-down" spring cleaning; changed my linens; regular cleanings and even manages to make my teenager's bedroom presentable. :) I would highly recommend Lupe and R&C C-Cleaning for any of your cleaning needs from regular cleaning; once-in-awhile cleanings or even make ready's.

The provider is extremely professional thorough and fair. The owner, Lupe, supervises and trains and has consistent crew of 2-3 people depending on the house. She is willing to schedule to suit the client and will work monthly, bi monthly or weekly as requested. No long term contract necessary. Outstanding work and available forone time cleaning and specific cleanings such as a deep cleaning, windows etc . Very fairly priced and very personable. Highly recommended.
