+ 2 moreDoug and his team did a great job on this project. I was impressed with how much care they took to minimize dust in other parts of the house as they were working. The workers were respectful of the property and seemed to do high quality work. The job was started and completed almost exactly as agreed. The written estimate of costs agreed to upon start up (and as amended by us to include the bedroomon updates) was honored We would definitely call Doug for any future remodeling needs.
Description of Work: We contracted with Miland Home Construction to remodel the master bathroom and to update the adjacent bedroom. The old bathroom was demolished and The thirty yr old double--sink vanity, Jacuzzu, shower and toilet were replaced with new updated ones. Extensive tile work was done. A barn door was installed and new hardware was installed throughout the bathroom. The popcorn ceiling was removed and the bathroom was painted. A new large window was installed. We also had the company remove the popcorn ceiling from our master bedroom and paint the bedroom and the ceiling.

+ 1 moreDoug and his crew are phenominal. We could not have selected a better company. I had specific design ideas and Doug wormed with me to make our vision a reality. The teams were punctual, polite and very hard workers. Doug answered all questions and explained each step of the process. We were able to stay close to our budget and the final product was worth every penny. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful kitchen. With Miland construction, you can't go wrong!
Description of Work: Complete kitchen remodel. Hardwoods throughout entire first floor.

+ -1 moreTheir cleanup was fine. Their professionalism was okay. Their timing schedule was not the greatest. I would give him a average of the best rating on that as far as the timeline of the project. I love my kitchen but I wouldn't probably recommend them to a neighbor.
