LoneStar Vacuum - Grapevine

I went to the Hurst location. Staff was super friendly and had great customer service attitude. However, I came to get my belt replaced on my vacuum, which didn't turn out well. They recommended a tune-up where they go through everything, clean it and make sure it's in top operational order and would replace the belt at the same time. They said it would be just a few days to complete the tune-up. Unfortunately, it took a lot longer, it took four weeks. Then when I went to pick it up, I saw how disorganized and cluttered the technician's workbench was, I was surprised he could find anything. The poor organization was soon evident in his repair abilities also, as my vacuum was in worse shape than when I dropped it off, as the whole vacuum now-shuttered horribly as I rolled it out of the store. The technician was surprised at how bad it shuttered and attempted to fix the shutter but to no avail. I wouldn't recommend the Hurst store.

Great experience! I have used them for over 10 years to service my vacuum and have always been thrilled with their professionalism, promptness, and honesty. I buy parts and accessories from them as well, and their prices are reasonable. I find their employees to be knowledgable and courteous I have also purchased vacuums from them in the past. I would highly recommend this provider to anyone needing to purchase, maintain or repair their vacuum.

I had a dyson vacuum cleaner ($450) which made a noise when I turned it on. They had to replace a part - total charge $79.00 It works now. They did try to sell me vacuum cleaners in the store, however, it was not a hard sell. Would use them again.

Both times, Andy was very responsive, timely and professional. He was able to get here as soon as we needed him to and we were relieved the expense was not as great as it could have been.

Lonestar Vacuum was great! They checked our Dyson vacuum to see if it was under warranty for us and made the repairs accordingly! They were super friendly and went out of their way to see if the warranty was still in effect for us. They did this in a matter of a few days. Saved us a lot of money!

I visited LoneStar Vacuum while was doing errands in Grapevine. I spoke with Andy about the problem I was having with my Kennemore upright vacuum cleaner. He told me they may or may not be able to repair it but if I wanted to bring it in to please do so. I returned to the shop about 10 days later and it was a Saturday 2-2-2013. Andy was busy with a customer but there was another gentleman there and he did help me. I told him my problem and he plugged it in to see if he could repair it. After a few moments of listening to it and looking it over he went and got a flat head screwdriver. With it he showed me what was the problem and told me he did not have the part to fix it. I was very pleased with all the information I received from both men in the shop and the attention they gave to my problem. My vacuum cleaner did not get repaired but I now have a lot of knowledge to be able to deal with Sears. Thank you for the kind service. Regards, Phyllis Mangum

Could not have been better.

The store personnel where courteous and professional. The turnaround time was about 3 days. It turned out the hose was just clogged with debris and they cleared it out and checked the bag and filter on the vacuum.

QUICK, RELIABLE, AND CHEAP.

DROPPED IT OFF AND THEN PICKED IT UP THE NEXT DAY. WORKS GREAT.
