The service turned out great.They did a really good job. The salesman who came out was here the whole time during the work. He was not part of the work crew but made sure everything was done correctly.

Jeremy Williams called after the hailstorm since we had just used his company for a window replacement project. He came out to inspect the roof and confirmed it had been damaged by the hailstorm (the broken skylights were easily noted, but he also found many damaged shingles I hadn't noticed, and the insurance adjuster concurred). After we made the decision to hire his company, he was able to schedule a crew later in the week and get the materials ordered and delivered very quickly.
The crew removed damaged roof and placed old material in dumpster without damaging shrubery and flowers around house. They put a new drip edge on, put new underlayment on, installed a ridge vent, and installed the new shingles. They also needed to reinstall some hooks onto the roof that holds a canopy. That part was not successful initially, but Jeremy came out and took care of it without delay.
The crew also installed a new roof on a detached garage and added a turbine vent. They kept the work-site neat, repeatedly searched for nails to pick up, and thoroughly cleaned the area at the end a the day.

The project went very well. Jeremy Williams is personable and customer-friendly. It helped our decision that he is an architect. We first came out promptly and gave us an extimate for services...which was quite competitive. He stopped by to personally oversee the completion even though it was a relatively small job. So the interest was nice. Crew cleaned up after the job and removed the materials from the worksite. We would definitely use Jeremy again for roofing related work.
