+ -1 moreI have no idea who she was nor did I feel competent that the 3 parts that my refrigerator were complex and for the amount money this was going to cost I wanted someone experienced. None of this sounded like a good situation or business to be involved with......so I lost money for what I paid with the estimate and called it a day!
Description of Work: Estimate given and paid for. Service was not rendered. When I called to see the approximate time he was coming, the women who answered the phone said he would not be able to make it that day due to car problems, instead she could come herself and do the repairs!??
