They came and walked around the house with me to see what all areas I wanted to cover then gave me their professional advice and together we came up with the best places for the cameras/DVR. Then they installed the system and set it up so we can view our cameras remotely from our smartphones, computers and tablets. They gave us a little tutorial on how to use the app and were as thorough as we wanted them to be. On the installation, they took their time to do it the right way...it looks great and I am very happy with it.
