Genesis Cleaning Solution

I have been using this service for some time now. THEY ARE NOT OUT OF BUSINESS!! Jean paired me with Tori who is a perfect fit for this house. She is very thorough and careful and I am so pleased! They were able to accommodate my scheduling request and it is all working out so well. Tori is willing to sponge mop the floors instead of using those durn pads that push the dirt around. I am pretty fussy so if I am happy that says a lot! They charge $100 for four hours. The home is 2450 sq. feet and it all gets done well. She even washes the sheets in the master bedroom!

Jean and her team have been here four times and they've accomplished a lot. Besides cleaning, they've helped with laundry, moved plants, and helped unclutter . The uncluttering has been done with me directing the cleaning team where to put things away, discard, or donate. I don't expect them to come up with an organization plan just help me disposition stuff that my limited mobility has prevented me from addressing The house is clean and I enjoy having Jean and her team in my home.

We purchased an Angie's list deal from Genesis after letting go of our previous house cleaning provider. Jean was timely in her response and we agreed on a day for the service. Jean continued to follow up just prior to the visit to make sure she had all of the details regarding our home and let us know who would be arriving. On the day of the service hear employees arrived just a bit early (a good thing) and were very attentive as I explained what was needed, and how long it had been since the last provider cleaned the home. The rest of the morning went great and the house is clean once again. The ladies were very thorough, made sure we were happy with the cleaning before they left, and couldn't be nicer. I have asked Jean if they are interested in cleaning for us on a regular basis and look forward to using her company and services going forward.

I am in my mid 60's and have used a number of individuals and services to clean our homes when we lived in other cities. I like Jean's honesty and integrity which are VERY important to me. Jean also provides great service at a great price. One of the things I really like about Jean and her crew is that each lady appears to have a deep faith. Jean's ladies also speak English as their first language which I appreciate because I am not fluent in any other language..... and I have trouble understanding thick accents. If Jean is ever running late, she texts me. Of all the cleaning services I have used in the past, I can say without hesitation that Genesis Cleaning Solutions is at the top of my list. So very glad I found them through Angie's List. If you ever see a negative review, it's most probably a review of an Angie's List provider with a similar name. So always look for Jean's name as the owner.

The Genesis team did a great job! Jean turned my request within a day. The ladies who arrived at my house were very prompt, and in fact, a little early. They did exactly what we agreed to, were careful and paid attention to both my instructions and what they were doing. While I thought the price was a little high for the size of my house, which is 2500 sf, this was a one-time cleaning so it didn't seem out of line. Also, I needed the house cleaned before the next weekend when I had my family coming to visit from out of town, so this was last minute and they fit me into the schedule to help me out.

I contacted the provider and received an offer quickly. I was told team Emma and Tori would come to perform the cleaning. We also discussed beforehand which areas were most important to us to be cleaned. I was also made aware they might run late, and they did, but received a call updating us when they would arrive. They cleaned our house for three hours and did a wonderful job. We felt good leaving the house. Thank you so much for the great service.

Jean answered my call immediately and did her best to accommodate our schedule. We were selling our home and the buyers wanted a "deep cleaning". The house was overall pretty clean, but the wooden blinds needed serious attention. We'd redone our kitchen counters and had out tile flooring and grout professionally cleaned as well as the master bath counters replaced, the shower completely redone, and the flooring redone. It had rained the previous day so the floors needed attention. They were at our house most of the day, and worked very hard the whole time. Jean's company not only is expert in cleaning homes which are sold and need to be spotless , but also cleans routinely for regular customers. I should have had them out sooner to clean those blinds! She is very nice, as are her associates. I was very comfortable having them in our home.

They did a fabulous job. My home needed a thorough cleaning and they were up for the job. Two weeks later the house still looks good. They used their time well and did exactly what I asked. I have found the company I will use again.

This was a post sale house cleaning. The team was on time professional and did an extremely good job.

Not only was she on time, but was 15 minutes early waiting for me to show up. She did a very thorough job and all of her crew were polite and professional. The job was more than one day of work and she dropped off the keys at my office and came back another day and picked them up from my office. Each time she texted or called to tell me when she was picking up or dropping off the keys. I did not have to worry or take time to go by the house to unlock or lock the house for her. That saved me a lot of time!
