Blooming Colors in Grapevine, Texas scammed my mom out of $1700 for a palm tree she rightfully purchased and has lied to the credit card company since then about the below situation. This place is a fraud. Unless you are walking away with your purchase do not trust them with your "tagged" purchase!! I purchased a palm tree in April. 6 weeks later, they finally planted A TREE, but not even close to the tree I purchased. ( The value was far different) The tree I purchased had lots of full fronds and stood 6 feet tall. The tree they brought had a few lonely fronds sticking out of the top. I live in Colleyville and drove past the tree daily so it was a complete delivery mix up on their part. They would do NOTHING to fix it, they claimed I couldn't return it, they wouldn't credit me any amount of money for their error...they gave me a bottle of fertilizer hoping it would produce fronds faster...DO NOT TRUST YOU WILL EVER SEE YOUR PURCHASE DELIVERED. They also threatened her for writing reviews that are TRUE, STAY AWAY EVERYONE!!!!! Plenty of nurseries in the area that this one is very avoidable and these people do not deserve any business from the local Grapevine and Colleyville communities. After speaking with several other landscape companies, I decided I did not like the concept of paying upfront for a plan so I decided to cancel the appointment - which I tried to do the day before. I called their office number no less than 10 times and from 2 separate phones/phone numbers and got no answer. This was between 1 PM and 6 PM. I even called once as I was driving by to go pick my kids up at school using the number on their sign to make sure I was using the right number - no answer. So I went to their website and sent an e-mail with the specifics of the appointment that needed to be cancelled and asking them to reply to confirm. Not receiving a reply, I called back the next morning to make sure they had cancelled the appointment and they had no record of my e-mail - even though I generated by clicking on their e-mail link on their website. When I shared with them the difficulties calling the following day, the guy actually argued with me that they were fully staffed yesterday and that if there was no answer, it must have been my phone. Anyway, he said he would get the appointment cancelled.Sure enough, at 1:00 PM that day, a landscape consultant rang my doorbell and she was obviously totally unaware of the cancellation. It wasn't her fault and I decided to go ahead and go through with the session and figuring that $65.00 was not so bad for a high level landscape plan. Only I learned here that it would cost me 2-3 times that amount for the actual plan. Not having selected another company, I decided to get the plan and that I could always use someone else for the actual work. I was told I would have something back in a week or so. That was on April 27 and I never heard another word. So I basically paid $65.00 for absolutely nothing and of which I will be seeking a refund.

The price seemed high. They did guarantee the plants, but a few died a few months later. The consultant is very professional, and knowledgeable. But I would recommend doing some research before hand.
