In March of 2014 the owner and his team were canvassing the neighborhood for potential clients for his roofing company. I had seen his sign in the area so I thought it was a reputable company. I allowed Mr. Cital to look at the roof on my rent house to see if there was damage my insurance company would cover. He found hail damage, so his representative helped me contact my insurance company and a date was set for them to come and do an estimate. The adjuster from the my insurance said they would let me know in a few days how much they would pay. I was disappointed when the insurance company issued a check for an insufficient amount. I let Mr. Cital know that I was not in a financial situation to put any out of pocket money and he assured me that he could do it for the amount the insurance company had issued. (first lie) The work was supposed to take place on 04/09/2014. After 6 months of excuses for not doing the work, I realized that I had probably been scammed and began asking for the return of my money. Although Mr. Cital acknowledged that he owed me the money he kept missing his appointments to return my money. Aside from taking my hard earned money then I had to waste a lot of time waiting. (more lies) This owner's level of disrespect and unconcern is disappointing. After several years without a job and just beginning to re-establish myself then something like this occurs. It makes one lose faith in service providers.

They showed up promised us all kinds of goodies. Said they would be able to start within a week. Here we are months down the road. Near impossible to get ahold of anybody. Argel Cital the owner is as arrogant as they come. Cant even tell how many times the roofers were confirmed on a scheduled date. Trust me if you value your house, do not use Aztec construction group. They forged and endorse my checks incorrectly to deposit within a few days.
