+ -1 moreBased on the recommendation of a friend/neighbor, I contacted Add Moore Construction for an estimate. I was impressed by the prompt, professional response. The estimate provided was fair (neither the highest nor the lowest of the multiple estimates I received). Construction began as scheduled. I was amazed by the attention to detail throughout the process (e.g. steel bolts were painted black to match other hardware). AMC did not rush through the job--time was taken to do the job right. I am confident that this fence will stand the test of time. I am extremely pleased--not only with the outcome, but with the manner in which is was done (personnel were extremely non-invasive and respectful of our privacy). I highly recommend Add Moore Construction and would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Runners and pickets of existing fence were carefully removed. Three of the existing posts were professionally replaced due to poor alignment by the original fence builder (NOT Add Moore Construction). All of the posts on the back side of the fence were replaced as well to accommodate an 8' fence (previous fence was 6'). The new posts were impeccably aligned and set in concrete over 3' deep to ensure stability. Four runners were used for the 8' section; three runners for the 6' sections. Step-downs were nicely incorporated at the corners where the 8' section transitions to 6'. Two walk-through gates and one double (drive-through) gate were installed. All gates open and close with unparalleled precision.
