They were polite and helpful. They made me believe the work was complete but the second opinion I got told me otherwise.

It was wonderful to have a company that has individuals that are so nice and also are so knowledgeable about their business.

I felt pretty good about the check up and the subsequent repairs. The person who came out was friendly and I felt very fair about all the repairs that were needed. I had one busted pipe and 23 sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced. The system is nearly 20 years old but it works great now. All of the work was completed in 1 day.

I have not yet had an opportunity to fully test the work done due to landscaping work being done.

They were immediately available and on time. Very courteus service. Although we agreed to move 2 sprinklers, they did not charge extra for 3rd. They were quick and professional

Everything was good. Expected to pay extra when broken sprinkler head was discovered.

They did the sprinkler tune-up and left things worse than when they started. We has some heads that were not popping up enough to go over the grass so I had them to raise 3 of them. They told me that it was not covered and I would have to pay the $100/hour (or close to that) with a 1 hour mimimum. I had them look at some of my rollers because they were not spraying far enough and they told me that they only carry RainBird parts. I have Hunter which is the 2nd largest sprinkler company. Instead of replacing the nozzles (because they don't carry the parts) they instead "tightened" the spray pattern which made the problem even worse and made the center of part of my lawn get no water after then did that. I called to complain and they said they would send someone out and we made an appointment and I left work early. They no-showed and no-called. I called them again and no apology, but they said they would send someone out. They no-showed and no-called again. I know, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice ...

It was good. They were very thorough and on time. I have used them since then. Their price were very reasonable.

They wanted to charge me for anything they needed to fix. I don't believe I received what I paid for.

Mr. Solis and his crew come out on time, do a good job. He just put in new bubblers for my trees. I will use him again

They were really not interested in changing the heads for me or in the installation. Their price was okay.

The service turned out fine. They did exactly what the deal stated. I had no issues with the service. Scheduling was okay.

They came out the afternoon we called. They did a good job. They had to come back out to finish the job because they needed to get a part.

It was good. They did some work and after 5 minutes, they showed up and provide additional work.

They were AMAZING! They waited for me to walk my kids to a friend's house and looked at the broken head. AI Sprinklers fixed the sprinkler head within minutes! They could not have been nicer. Next time I need a sprinkler service, I will call AI Sprinklers.

The tune up went pretty well and I'd use them again. They even came back out a second time to tune-up a sprinkler head that was covered up when they were out the first time. The sprinklers have held up fine since they did the work.

All went well. Showed up on time, did work as expected.

Not very happy with them. Fixed the sprinkler heads because they weren't going the correct direction. Was told that they had eight broken heads. The sprinkler heads are still not functioning very well. Two guys came out. One guy was the son of the owner. They were very young. Was told that they were going to get fixed and never did. Choose provider due to Angie's List deal. Would not recommend to family friends.
