I have had my maintenance contract with them for almost 8 years ( that is required by law ) in that 8 years they have gone above and beyond always! Dee the owner handles her business in the way you would want to be treated, even though that provide a service that the law provides they do not skate by and treat you like they are doing you a favor. She and her employees are very considerate of the home owners needs. Today I had to have the pump replaced $440.00 is what she quoted the tech came out and replaced the pump, I explained that this was the second one that had to be replaced in three years and asked if they could cut me a break on the price of the pump, he called Dee and she had to decline....the reason was when I called several days ago that was the price she quoted, but when they picked up my new pump her supplier had increase the price over the price she quoted me, but she followed through with her quote and lost money on the pump. Not realizing the full extent of my contract I thought surely there will be labor cost for replacing the pump after all Danny the tech was on his hands and knees working in literally our filth. NOPE I was not charge any labor it was $440.00!!! He then walked me through my system explaining the in and out and answered any stupid question I had. We washed our hands and then shook hands and I shared my gratitude with him he said Mr. Byers we are also home owners and know what it is like to have unexpected expenses come up that can not be avoided, it made writing that check a lot easier! I am a customer for life!! A+
