Mr. Castro gave us a reasonable quote to tile 1700 square feet of our house. He talked a good talk....said everything you’d want to hear....promised he was professional and would show up on time and get the job done. He agreed he would show up Monday at 8:30am. He never showed up. He never called us. We called and texted him. We waited and waited. He finally texted back at 11am and said he was not going to be able to get to us until Wednesday. We immediately told him not to bother because obviously we can’t trust him and he’s not professional.
