Fantastic ! I believe the person that came out was Mike Jolly. He fixed the problem quickly, checked for other possible issues and made suggestions for using the fireplace efficiently. He was friendly, professional and fixed the problem the first time ! Very happy we picked Trinity Hearth and Home.

The garage doors were installed without struts across the top section to secure the stiffener. When my garage door opener was installed it was working for three years until the stiffener separated from the top panel. This caused the whole top section of both my garage doors to fold in half. When I called Trinity they told me that it was my fault that I did not have them install the opener. They also told me that the door is installed without a strut if installed without the door opener. Sounds like a scheme to force customers to either buy the door openers from them or have the doors replaced when they eventually break like mine did. I was treated like I was the jerk when I asked why my door was missing a crucial strut required for the door to work properly when an opener is installed. He told me that they would have installed it if I purchased the opener. In the end, they told me I would have to pay $500 to repair the damage that would have been prevented had they installed the strut that should have been included with the door to begin with. I spoke to other vendors, gathering quotes for the repairs, and they all told me the struts are always included with the doors they install with or without the opener. Beware of this company especially if your builder uses them. Warranties don't mean anything.

I've used Trinity before. And just as before, the job was done professionally and well. Mitch was my service guy both times. He's a personable, competent fellow. He arrives, sets up his work space and goes to it. He cleaned up not only the fireplace unit, but also cleans up after himself, and you can't tell anyone had been there (except that the fireplace is now working right!). The only downside is that they are pretty busy, probably because they are so good, so sometimes there is a bit of a wait before they can get to you.
