Titan was great to work with - Ryan was my representative, and made sure that I was satisfied with all the work. The roof came off and went on, finished, in one day and looks great! I replaced all the old siding with HardyBoard siding. Danny and his crew took their time and made sure that everything fitted perfectly. Amazing attention to detail. The house looks brand new now! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Description of Work: Titan replaced my roof after it was damaged by hail. My insurance didn't cover much (high deductible) but Titan worked with me to keep my costs in line. They even talked me out of getting a metal roof and told me why. When they showed up, their crew worked non-stop and finished the entire job in a single day. My neighbor across the street was amazed. She had her roof replaced a few years back and it took them 3 days. Titan did a great job by me. I would definitely recommend them.

The painter was meticulous. They did repairs to the woodwork and sawed off and cleaned up some decorative beams that were rotting and then added metal flashing to protect them once painted. While they were up there, they replaced a broken security light that was on one of the beams up high. They boxed in a patio post out front that had separated a bit from foundation issues. He repainted the metal parts of our sunroom and porch cover and the metal drain pipes and did a good job of matching the color of our wood paint. He painted the garage door and even painted security light fixtures so they matched. We were very happy with the workmanship.
Description of Work: Painted my house exterior, shed, sunroom and metal patio cover.

Our new fence looks great. They tore down our old fence and hauled it away. They replaced it with a cedar fence with metal posts using the wider pickets and heavy duty posts. They put in two gates. They were responsive to a couple of changes as we went along and adjusted their work timing while we leveled out and laid pave stones along the alley area behind our shed and a bed of bushes. We also had Titan paint our house exterior at the same time. They did a great job.
Description of Work: Removed old fence, installed metal fence posts and new cedar fence.

Followed through on all promises and actually did a better job than expected. Chris, is a great guy and an honest contractor. We have been burned in the past and I witnessed him turn down a job due to the inability to provide the service he expects from his company. Totally recommend this company.

Don't use this company:They do not understand great service! They charged me for using my credit card, Mike from Titan said, " I wish you would hurray up and pick out your carpet because we're not making any money off this deal." They did not finish the work that they signed up to do from the beginning. They wanted to pick and chose what project, probably to make the most profit. They were unprofessional and never took ownership in their actions or words.
Description of Work: Use this company if the below does not bother you:1. you pay the merchant fee if you want to use your credit card - red flag! 2. told that "we're not making any money off of you - we need to hurray up!" 3.. They sent a painter to my house w/out an appointment- my children were home alone. 4. They didn't complete the work that we had agreed upon, because they "weren't making any money from the deal."5. They did not own up to any of their comments, mistakes, or unprofessional behaviors. Passed the buck to the other guyWow! Do not use this company if you like to be appreciated for your business and referrals, because they don't care. Stay clear!

Response from Titan Contractors
Member, Our records indicate that your file was received on April 11, 2012. Upon receipt, our production manager contacted you within 3 hours to schedule the installation of all items outlined on your insurance adjuster's report as specified in your contract. In the initial conversation you had with our production manager, you indicated that you were not sure if you wanted to replace the carpet with the same product that you currently had installed in the interior of your home. Our file notes reflect that you specified to the production manager verbally and to the sales rep through text message that you were in the process of reviewing flooring samples and would contact us when you were ready to proceed. Our reps followed up with you on a weekly basis to confirm that you did not need assistance with selecting a carpet or did not want us to bring over additional sample boards in order to complete the project in a timely manner. On June 6, 2012, you verbally stated to our production manager that you had chosen a carpet. After our office reviewed the insurance numbers and compared it to the product you had selected with a 3rd party vendor, which was the same day as receiving the information from you, the cost of the new carpet vastly superseded the insurance proceeds. Upon which time we informed you of the difference and you indicated that you did not want to pay additional money out of pocket to upgrade your carpet to a more expensive product. Our company, as well as all for profit contractors, job cost a file out once it is received. Our company approves a job even if the job makes the bare minimum in profit. However, if additional costs that are not outlined in the original scope of work or on the insurance summary arise, we do ask that the homeowner completes a contract addendum outlining what additional work will be completed, as well as outline the price for the service. Once your job scope of work changed, we gave you the option to either keep the insurance proceeds for those line items not completed, discuss the increase and decide if you would like to come out of pocket or reselect a carpet that is similar to the one currently in the home and listed on the insurance report. Our production team waited nearly two months for the carpet choice to be selected, we then waited another 12 days after that for you to make a decision on what you wanted to do after the choices were given back to you. Your final response was that you preferred to get all the funds back for the carpet that was not completed, which we had not yet received because we only received the front end portion of your insurance check. The same day we found out that you wanted to close out the file, we sent the final invoice to your insurance company in order for you to receive the depreciation check. Generally, when insurance is involved, if the process takes over 30 days, the adjuster will begin contacting our claims department asking for a statement of completion or status of the build. Our production team prides itself on completing all projects in a timely manner, we strive to keep all files up to date and the homeowner and insurance company well informed. If any file takes more than 30 days, it becomes a urgent red file, in which we begin following up on a more regular basis to ensure that all parties, insurance, homeowner and our company are still satisfied with the terms. All production calls are strictly monitored and files are updated in real time as conversation are transpiring through an electronic database. Regarding your statement on the credit card processing fee, it is outlined on the back of our contracts that there is a .02% fee per credit card transaction to cover the cost that we pay the credit card processor. This is simply because we are not a retail location and we operate 85% of our business on insurance proceeds. Unfornately, because we do not have the volume of credit cards being processed as a retail store, we do get charged a significant amount by the main processor. This is something as a business we are reviewing on a monthly basis to implement a new process in order to avoid having to pass on the cost to the customer. Looking at your file, we waived that fee on the one transaction that you paid for with a credit card because you did express a concern about the additional charge. On the back end check we also wrote off $52.91 that you withheld from the insurance check as a courtesy. Lastly, we would be happy to speak to you about any contractors that showed up unannounced or any further complaints you have. Reviewing your file, we do not show any correspondence or verbal conversations recorded indicating that you had further concerns, but we would be more than happy to discuss them with you at any time. Our company policy is to call the homeowner 3 times to schedule a service. If they do not call back within 72 hours, we send their rep or the contractor out to attempt to schedule in person. If that policy was not in place on your project, we definitely want to know and have our production team review the protocol with the individuals involved. We greatly appreciate all of our customers business and have built our network based on referrals. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

A friend referred us to them. They had worked with Titan and their salesman Terry last year and were very pleased with the roof and the service they received from them. I called Terry. He came over, looked at the roof and said we had extensive hail/roof damage and we needed to call our insurance company. He and the insurance adjuster went over the roof. The roof was approved for replacement and Titan worked with the insurance company to get the best price. We chose the color and style of the shingles and it was scheduled for Wednesday. Tuesday morning they called and asked if they could install it that day because of rain forecasted for the rest of the week. They arrived about an hour later, got to work and had it finished, yard cleaned up, used a magnet roller to pick up any stray nails etc by 6:30. Except for a beautiful new roof, you wouldn't know they had been there.

We were very happy with the services provided by Titan Contractors. We were victims of serious hail damage. They were prompt, and handled all the negotiations with my insurance company. We would use them again and we recommend Titan contractors.
Description of Work: They managed all the different subcontractors that were involved. The TV satellite dish was removed and replaced. Mike Brink, the salesman, was responsive and cared about the service we were receiving. All repairs were performed over a span of several days. Most importantly, the roof was replaced first. It took two days to replace the shingles. They did an excellent job of cleaning up.

We were badly in need of a new roof however, I had been assuming for months that since the roof was so old, insurance would not be an option and never bothered to check. One evening a very nice salesman from Titan came to my front door and informed me that it looked like I need a new roof. I laughed and told him that I was aware of that but now wasn't a great time since my husband had been unemployed for a few months and we really felt it would need to wait. The Titan saleperson told me that we should contact our insurance company anyhow, that it wouldn't hurt to check. He got them on the phone and made the appointment and arranged to meet them for the roof inspection. Shortly after the adjuster inspected our roof, he called me to let me know that we did indeed have a lot of roof damage and that he was approving the claim. Titan was able to install the new roof within the week and it was completed in one day. They replaced a few pieces of plywood that were damaged and paid excellent attention to other details. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. I was at work and if I hadn't seen the new roof, would never have known that they had come and gone. I am very grateful that Mike with Titan stopped by my door that day and I am very happy with my roof. My out of pocket expense for the roof was $1,400, my insurance covered the rest of the it.

Was very pleased with the contractor. She offered additional reviews. The roofers cleared away everything. I never found one nail in my yard or flower beds. The trash was hauled away when they finished the job. The complete job took about five hours, including tearing off old roof and wood, as needed and putting on new roof.
