I paid $2,400 to have a motorized solar screen installed. I paid the deposit and the remaining amount when the screen was installed. The cord was not long enough to reach the electric socket and I had screws exposed. I was assured that they would return to finish the job. A few weeks later, the metal trim fell from the side of the patio due to the installation. I contacted them and regarding the problem. I was not at home when they came to put the trim back and it wasn't secured. It fell again the next day. I have repeatedly requested the job to be completed and the trim to be reattached. I have 3 no show appointments. It has not been over 2 months since they installed the screen. I now have to spend additional money for another company to complete the job. I was disappointed and surprised by the unprofessionalism and no response considering they have great reviews from other customers.
