Description of Work: Installed a water softener and filter. Found the main water line coming in, bypassed it and installed the water softener. They cleaned up the area after the install. They also installed a reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink. Overall, very fast, professional and kept me informed all the way.

Description of Work: Gave estimate to install water softener for $7,000. But of course you get all of the "free" cleaning products. When I told him that it was too expensive, he immediately took off $500 if I bought it "today". When I said it was still too expensive, it became awkward as he tried to manage my money for me by convincing I was spending so much more than that on cleaning products. I don't doubt it is probably a good system, but it should not be that expensive.

Description of Work: Requested estimate on installing whole house water softener system. Filled out their online web information form requesting they contact me in the evening. Moments later they called my home number and talked to my wife. There estimate was ridiculous and included completely unnecessary things like water testing. I can go to my water provider and look up their much more detailed water analysis reports for free. The plumbing aspect of this work relies on completely unskilled labor to connect the water softener into the house water feed, and the equipment for a 40000 grain unit at Home Depot is roughly $600-800 - so what exactly would I be getting for the remaining $5500? Typical scam.
