Description of Work: Exceptional customer service, professional, personal, excellent work, job completed before schedule. I love my new laminate flooring. I won't use anyone else for any future tile or flooring needs. Owner Chad is very nice as well and very professional. The price was also very competitive.

+ -1 moreInstallation went great. I was home the first day but after that I went back to work and had no concern in leaving all this in Chad and his crew hands. Installation took the 3 days that Chad told me upfront, then they came back a fourth day because I threw in the fireplace tiling. Chad and his crew treated my home like they would treat theirs. Each night the installation was left so that I had no problem in living in my home, a very nice touch. Great customer service is going that extra mile. After installation was completed, Chad took the time to sweep and run a damp mop over the laminated wood to clean up all the fine dust!!!! I love my new Acadia laminate floors and I am thrilled with my new fireplace surround. Quality of product and service are top notch. I would not hesitate to use Chad and his crew again!
Description of Work: Chad came to my house and brought samples that were bigger than the little samples you see elsewhere. He measured the house while I looked through the samples. Once I picked a wood laminate then he had me make sure by looking at it in the different light. This company replaced all carpet in my home, also entry way and kitchen. They pulled up the carpet and tile and disposed of all. Moved all the furniture, moved the appliances in kitchen. Chad also placed felt pads on the bottom of the furniture. I even threw in redoing the fireplace and Chad sent me ideas so that we could do it all at one time. Chad answered ALL my questions and concerns.
