Presidental Moving

WORST MOVE EVER! Company under-bid/estimated cost of move and then charged MORE than the highest comparable moving bid! A/K/A "bait and switch." What could we do - they had already started packing and already had our possessions! Also, Presidential Moving hires mere contractors for the actual move and they are NOT company employees. In this instance they were Russians as both the Packer team lead and semi-truck driver. The Russian semi-truck driver was particularly rude to his unloading contractors who were local Arkansas citizens and DID NOT EVEN ALLOW THEM A LUNCH BREAK, also, the unloading was done in an unsafe manner for the as the semi-driver kept urging the local Arkansas unloading contractors "...to hurry ," and later that day told them that HE WOULD NOT PAY THEM FOR THEIR TIME AFTER 5:00 p.m. even though the job was not finished! My husband ended up covering the unpacking contractors time after 5:00 p.m. to get our furniture and possessions unloaded from the semi-truck. Lastly, packing and unloading appointments were late or missed without even a phone call to notify us.
