 + -1 moreThe only complaint I really have is that the trimmers that they use do not have sharp enough blades and the bushes show that they were trimmed with a dull edge...i.e. dead leaves at the cut site. If I am home when they come, they will do little things that I have noticed and ask them to do. I appreciate that!
Description of Work: The cost of 148 is the cost for monthly maintenance on my yard. They clean the beds, trim the bushes, cut the grass and fertilize. I am quite happy with this company, they always show up, and the yard looks pretty good.

 + -1 moreThey always showed up. I was never concerned that they would not come. they were very consistent. The lawn cutting was great but they weren't quite as good at weeding the beds as consistently as I had understood they would. When I would call the owner he would send somebody out and try to take care of it, so he was responsive to my complaints.
Description of Work: They came once a month for lawn maintenance. They cut the lawn, re-did the beds, trimmed the bushes, and fertilized.

 + 0 moreThey had a crew show up, they went straight to work, in and out in 1 and 1/2 hours, and got it done. I am pleased with the work, and will probably get a yearly contract with them.
Description of Work: We had the bushes trimmed, the back yard beds mulched and all the beds weeded. They also cut the grass and trimmed and edged. Some of the smaller trees were also pruned.

 + 3 moreThe monthly yard services are wonderful. Our yard always looks great. Yard guys are professional, courteous and conscientious about ensuring our yard is at its best. The patio extension project was incredible! The design advice they gave was instrumental in creating our outdoor entertaining area. The project was delivered on time and in budget. And the result was phenomenal. Quality work from start to finish. They didn't rest until the patio and all its components were perfect. The outside addition is a beautiful addition to the existing patio - so much so that guests have a hard time knowing what was the original patio work. The built-in outdoor media cabinet is beautiful and the fire pit to match is well constructed and perfect for our yard. The backyard has been transformed due to Porter's vision and skill in executing the design. I would recommend Porter Management to anyone wanting to build an outside patio/kitchen/living space and/or monthly yard service.
Description of Work: Outdoor fireplace removal , added a 30 foot x 30 foot covered patio extension created to be seamless to existing covered patio , built a fire pit addition and outdoor entertainment center monthly yard maintenance - includes mowing, edging, fertilization, tree/shrub trimming
