They're fine with that. They do a good job. They just come in and clean and we don't even know they were there and the whole upkeep of the pool is beautiful.

He was punctual, but gave me no practical information on my pool restoration. He asked questions but seemed to create more doubt about what we wanted to have done. IE: Upgrades, types of repairs, etc. The most puzzling thing was after wasting nearly 2 hours of mine and his time I never received the estimate! After 2 weeks of waiting I went with another service. I am very big on follow through and these guys did not deliver. P.Sand gt; I did check my spam and it wasn't there either.

Placement of pool equipment was changed without our knowledge and approval and were not given the option of a secondary location. We were not informed about the change and only told about the change when we noticed that they were destroying landscaping and shrub removal (even after all these years it stills bothers me)

I didn’t use them. They were fine, but they didn’t have what I was looking for. They were perfectly fine and professional otherwise. I will allow them in my home again.

We talked to and received bids from 3 pool builders. We were very interested in minimizing the amount of chemicals we would need to use and Pool and Patio was really the only one out of the 3 that was well versed in this. They also shared some information about salt water pools and pets we were unaware of that swayed us away from that option. They started digging June 9, 2010 and completed the pool June 25, 2010 - we were swimming June 26. Many people have commented that it was the fastest pool install they have ever heard of. The majority of their contractors were excellent. One of them was a bit of a moose and did way more damage to our yard than needed to be done but the clean up guys helped resolve that. Nancy and Joe were very easy to work with although sometimes communicating with them is a challenge. They know way more about building pools than anyone I've ever spoken to and I think they forget that most of us have just a fraction of their knowledge and need a little more time, hand holding if you will, to understand all of the processes and their related timelines, ramifications, etc. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who is considering building a pool. The whole process was less painful than I thought it would be and I believe that had all to do with Nancy and Joe.

I really would not recommend them. They did not do anything wrong, but I don't think they are committed. I had problems with the pool equipment and within a year I had to replace the filter in the pump. They were very slow in responding to me once I pay them. Nobody from their company could tell me how many gallons was the pool though they built it. The pricing was pretty much average.

From start to finish Pool and Patio did a very professional job. I met with Nancy Sexton who drew up plans for the pool after listening to what I wanted in a pool. I didn't feel like she had a preconceived idea of what the pool should look like but rather wanted me to be happy with the features and design. Almost 15 years later I am still very happy with the features and quality of my pool. The company has been responsive when I call to ask questions. Other than typical maintenance and a few minor repairs of equipment, which is to be expected over time, I am pleased that the pool structure has remained solid. The test of time has proven it is a well built pool.
