Very responsive and professional. Robby was great and spent a lot of time looking at our property and explaining the issues and preventative measures even though he knew pretty quick there was no work needed or recommended. HIGHLY recommend anyone having foundation issues bring Pinnacle in to evaluate.

Robby was right on time and made recommendation to stabilize foundation instead of selling me foundation repair. He recommended to remove Bradford trees next to the house as their roots were going under my house foundation and causing damage. He even check the level of the foundation. He did not try to sell me foundation work instead made recommendation and advised it the foundation does not stabilize in 60 to 90 days after removing trees then 2nd option would be to put peers. Very professional and knowledgeable. High recommend.

We were having trouble with a wobbly floor. Robby and his team were the only ones to get into the crawl space and thoroughly investigate the issue. Instead of giving us an off the cuff estimate, they showed us the problem was a few floor joists that would cost far less to repair than replacing piers and beams. On repair day, their team showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done right. Our floor is now stable and level.

Robby Brown is a very honest guy. He didn't ask me to fix the foundation like the others. He suggested me to cut trees and have a licensed plumbing conduct a hydrostatic plumbing test to ensure don’t have any slab leaks.

Robby was professional and helpful. He assessed my foundation and didn't try to scare or sell me anything I didn't need.

After receiving 3 different proposals for raising foundation, I hired a structural engineer to evaluate foundation elevations. Pinnacle (Robby Brown) was more consistent with readings and recommendations for problem areas. Miguel was person assigned to coordinate actual raising of the foundation and I was impressed with his knowledge. The crew also exceeded my expectations regarding minimizing landscape damage and returning areas to original conditions and overall cleanup.

I called Pinnacle for some foundation work and to install a French Drain. They came out, were very competitive on the price and started the work based on MY schedule. The workers were nice, clean and professional. Robby and Juan answered all of my questions and were available over the phone at any time. I highly recommend Pinnacle for your Foundation needs.

Very prompt and professional. Performance was top notch, surveyed entire foundation, issued written report, offered recommendations for a path forward and didn’t charge me a dime! Heck Yeah I’m pleased!!

Let me start by saying that this review was something that took some time to write, because it was something that was so heartfelt and personal, and I wanted to get it right. I met James Schmidt 5 months after we had brought our baby home in June 2019. She had been in the NICU after she was born. He was at another company and when he came out, everything from his amazing, friendly demeanor to his incredible knowledge about geology stuck with me. I was having PT with my baby and my 4 year old was asking him a million questions and he genuinely took time to talk to her. We had other companies come out and give quotes and let me tell you, this house has been like the Money Pit with Tom Hanks. Long story short we had life happen and a lot of financial situations, so when we finally decided to pull the trigger about 10 months later, when I called the company he was at they told me he no longer was with them. They did not say where he went, but I knew in my heart I had to find out where he landed. I did some research and called Pinnacle Foundation hoping that I had gotten it right. The super sweet bubbly person that answered the phone told me he was there. Little did I know that sweet person who's name was Kristen genuinely cared because she was so enthused that I took the time to find him. Little did I know how much of a role Kristen would play in our Foundation journey, but i am here to tell you that she in not only an AMAZING woman but she genuinely cares, and she gets it. James came out 2 weeks later because he was so busy and we picked up where we left off. He re evaluated the house and asked about everyone, remembered things most people don't and we put the deposit down and the job was done in a day and a half. He took the time to bring the workers breakfast, if he didn't call Kristen did. There were some minor adjustments that we asked for at the end and they said no problem. They just wanted us to be happy. The whole crew was great and communication was something you dont see anymore. They are worth every penny and they genuinely care about you, your family, and making you happy!

After getting a few foundation companies out for quotes we called Pinnacle. They were able to schedule our first appointment very quickly, once they identified our foundation problems they again were able to schedule the repairs in a very timely manner. We don’t have one bad thing to say about this company. Robby came out for our bid, he helped us understand in detail everything that was going on with our house we even received the bid that evening. The girl that does their scheduling was beyond sweet and made the process super easy. The workers showed up and were great, very pleasant, worked quickly and effectively, and left the house and the yard looking great! We would recommend Pinnacle to everyone we know!

Where do I begin... Pinnacle is an absolute stand up company!! James came out to our home the day we chose his company a few months ago not only did he stay over an hour walking through our home and taking very careful measurements but he answered all of our questions and concerns. Keep in mind we had 2 other foundation companies out that day as well. Out of all 3 Pinnacle was the best in our minds. Fast forward to June and Pinnacle came out Alfredo and his crew arrived on time and worked hard all day long until it was all completed! They did an absolute amazing job! We are selling our house and wanted the best work done and I'm so thankful we found this company. We're actually planning on using them for our next home. James also came out and gave us a full estimate at our future home. He was again very punctual, throughout and I know our new home is in the best hands. Please be wise and look around. James, Alfredo and all the office staff Kristin and Michelle are all amazing people that work so very hard to make you happy and make sure that their work is done effectively and efficiently! After several estimates, James from Pinnacle came out and sent me my estimate and it nearly brought me to tears, I had to ask him is this just for labor? Is it just for supplies? he said it’s for the entire job. I thought maybe I would get shabby service because the price was much lower than the others but they where very professional, on time and very courteous. I thought I was having foundation issues, but once the Pinnacle rep (Robby) came out and tested, my foundation was fine! He also made suggestions on how to keep my foundation safe. Robby could have sold me services I didn't need, but he didn't and I definitely respect that and appreciate that.

Robby came right on time. Appropriately, he wore a mask and a shoe cover. After a brief inspection inside and outside the house, he gave us an accurate assessment of our current situation which was a slight level change in one side of the house. In contrast to a couple of other foundation companies that recommended foundation repairs that would cost us thousands of dollars, Robby explained in layman terms the reason for the level change as well as practical remedies that would cost far less. Robby’s professional knowledge and affability won our trust. Additionally, the office personnel that took our call was courteous and accommodating. The work was done with much care for our property. This has to be the best foundation company ever! The CEO, Robby Brown, is polite, experienced and kind. He responded to all my many questions promptly with a caring attitude and professional expertises. His lead worker, Ramon, was polite and a very hard worker. The manager of the work team, Miguel, was efficient, courteous and was an expert with 20 years experience. What a great company Pinnacle is! Great work was done for the best price of any company we had contacted!

My repair went extremely well. The crew showed up on a time and they pretty much finished the repair in a day. Clean up took a day and half due to rain. Any concerns I had were immediately addressed. Robby responded to all emails quickly no matter what time of day I sent them. The office staff was very efficient as well.

From start to finish, Pinnacle Foundation Repair provided outstanding service. Robby, the owner, took the time to thoroughly explain and answer questions pertaining to the whole process including financing options. He even took the time to provide a list of projects they've completed for reference. When it came to work day, his team arrived on time and were very professional. They were thorough and made sure to leave our home in the best condition. We definitely recommend this company.

My home was inspected by a potential buyers inspector. He stated that there was foundation issues. I did not agree with the findings , so made an appointment with Pinnacle to see if this was correct. James did a through inspection and stated that my home was within the limits for a pier and beam foundation. He was very professional and treated me with respect.I would recommend this company for any further needs for my home.

Pinnacle Foundation Repair has been an exceptional company from start to finish. They work hard to set themselves apart in their industry. They are a fantastic business model of good service. As a homeowner, I wasn't prepared for how scary major home repairs can seem. I was quite nervous about the repair process. The team at Pinnacle, including the CEO, went above and beyond to make sure I understood and was comfortable with the whole process. It went surprisingly well. Level readings were taken, and then I was advised to have the foundation company that had previously done work on my house honor their warranty.

Pinnacle was working on my neighbors foundation so I asked if they could give me a free estimate on the repair cost for my house. It's a neighborhood problem. Anyway, that's how I was introduced to Pinnacle and their owner Robby Brown and crew repair. I appreciated the communication and information provided. The crew was very professional and completed the job by 4:00pm same day. I didn't realize there was so much paperwork, permits, surveys, water and pressure testing with engineering approval. I didn't have to do a thing. Pinnacle did it all and I would recommend them to repair your foundation too. Good job guys.

Flipping Amazing! I cannot say enough great things about this company! From the start Robby has literally been so understanding and patient with us. I think I might have called him 20 times before, during, and at the end of the process. He always took the time to address all the questions I/my husband had. I feel like this company has literally become family. We could text/call and we always got a response. We under estimated the work that these guys do. Its hard work!. I was in awe everyday seeing these guys work. Miguel was a fantastic asset to us, he always walked with us and showed us everything, took time to explain and answer EVERY question. Unfortunately for us there were so many issues with our foundation but this company held our hand and walked us through the entire process. As you can see I can go on for days about Pinnacle. Please if you are thinking of getting foundation work, DO NOT HESITATE to call them. This type of repair to your home is a huge deal.
