Pinnacle Foundation Repair

Pinnacle provided excellent customer service throughout the entire foundation repair and drain pipe installation process. We had looked at a couple of companies. Pinnacle had the highest marks for Customer Service. They worked continuously during the Pandemic, while observing proper CDC safety measures. We felt entirely comfortable throughout the entire process from evaluation through completion of the project. James did an excellent job of assessing our foundation issues. He quickly pointed out that water pooling had contributed to our foundation problems. None of the prior Foundation Repair companies had noted that in their walk through .After the assessment of 11 piers, we were delayed by the February freeze. Kristin in the office rescheduled our repair to March. We had many questions about the overall process during and after the foundation repair. James answered all of them. During the foundation repair days James kept us informed of progress. We were able to keep socially distant with the Pinnacle crew the entire time. Throughout the rain storms in March, April and May, it has been exciting to see that the issue of pooling water is gone. The drain system is working GREAT !. We even noticed grass growing back in those spots where no grass had grown before due to erosion. When the Pinnacle crew left on the final day, they cleaned up and put back each of the plants. Overall a great experience and we will definitely recommend Pinnacle to everyone we know who is thinking about having their Foundation repaired or those having drainage issues. Thank You to James and his entire crew for his excellent results. His experience and his attentiveness was refreshing and appreciated. We are so happy we chose Pinnacle. Robby, the owner, is always available by cell and answered all of my questions and set my mind at ease. The office staff was equally professional and very easy to work with. I had a superb, and I would say "above and beyond" experience with Pinnacle and highly recommend them. I received two quotes from two highly rated foundation repair companies. Pinnacle's was the most competitive. In addition, I felt the most confident in their work and professionalism after meeting their representative, so I went with them even though there would be a two week wait. The engineer that I hired planned for two piers, and it was on that plan that Pinnacle quoted me the price. As it turned out, the engineer was wrong. Pinnacle placed the two piers that the engineering report called for and then added three more, which added substantially to their time and effort. What was going to be a half day job turned into a two day job. Nevertheless Pinnacle honored the original quote based on two piers without issue. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The crews cleaned up after themselves and were always highly considerate. In short, I can't say enough good things about them. I rarely give good reviews. I would give these guys six stars if I could.

Pinnacle Foundation is outstanding in their service! Each individual from Robby the owner, to the supervisors (Victor, Miguel, Juan), foremen (Alfredo), and crews are professional, respectful and on site to work and satisfy the customer. Though I usually don't post on social media I must say when I checked reviews before starting this project, I was a little leery as Pinnacle received such High ratings and I was thinking of the old saying is It too good to be true? But for Pinnacle those ratings are true and well deserved, I would recommend Pinnacle to to any individual needing foundation and drainage repair work to their home or business.

The owner, Robby, office personnel, Kristen, and the work crews were top notch. Every question answered, promises kept, crews arrived on time every time. Couldn't be happier! My floors are stable now, doors close perfectly for a house over 50 years old, I'm very impressed. You can't go wrong with the people, or the price and the work done extremely well. We called Pinnacle out to give us an estimate on foundation repair for our home before we decided to put it on the market. Even though we ultimately decided to go in a different direction, they were professional and friendly. We will absolutely use them in the future.

I highly recommend Pinnacle Foundation repair. I had three foundation companies look at the foundation on a small rent house. Two of the foundation companies just looked under the house but Pinnacle Foundation crawled under the house to inspect the conditions of the pilings. While conducting the inspection they found some rot that I was not aware of. If I had not been made aware of this problem, it would have cost me a great deal of money in the future. In addition to doing a good job on the foundation, they made sure to lock up the house since I was not there when they completed the job. The person who did the estimate (from what I understand, was one of the owners) was cordial, friendly and very professional. He provided us a explanation of what was going on with our foundation and what he said they would do to fix the foundation. The foreman of the crew was also friendly and professional and kept us abreast of the progress throughout the process. I felt that we were kept informed throughout the entire process so overall it was a pretty good experience.

They were detailed, professional, and actually listened to my questions, answered them honestly, and demonstrated actions that matched their words! The finished project is amazing. If you need foundation repair, Pinnacle is the company you need to hire. From the first phone call to set up the estimate to the close with the city inspection, Pinnacle kept me informed every step of the way. James provided more than a fair, reasonable estimate for the services. He promptly provided the diagram, explanation, and estimate, with a few options for the job. Once the contract was signed, Kristen did an excellent job of scheduling and keeping me apprised of the next steps. Alex and his crew provided their knowledge and expertise for the actual work completed on my property. He kept me informed each step of the way so that I would not be concerned about what was happening outside my property. Juan did a terrific job of describing step by step the process of the actual lift. He forewarned me of any occurance, effectively answering my questions before I could ask them. They even repaired the newly repaired concrete after my son stepped in it. I would say to skip the other estimates you may obtain and just hire Pinnacle, but you must be able to compare to understand that you are getting the best when you hire them.

Robby was very thorough and offered options and recommendations for correction to the foundation. He answered my concerns about the many cracks I am seeing in my house and explained his findings to give me clarity on next steps to take. Robby emailed me the elevation report later the same day which was very helpful as well.

Robby came to my house for an initial consultation. He was professional and courteous from the very start. He wore a mask and did not wear shoes into my house, which is very important to me. His price was very competitive and it was his professionalism that led me to select him for my project after meeting with several other foundation repair companies, The project was completed in a timely matter. His crew cleaned everything up after the project was completed. In addition, Robby was very honest and upfront with the potential cosmetic damages that may occur, which was understandable and expected. It is a great testament to his character and the character of his crew.

Pinnacle was third company called for estimate. First one recommended steel piers, second concrete piers. Pinnacle advise just cut down the tree near sunroom or install root barrier and settling would reverse in about 3-6 months. Hopefully Robby just saved us $3-4 K.

This company is awesome. After getting other bids and other companies coming to my home none were as professional and informative as Robby Brown the owner he knows his business. The crew was awesome and never failed to answer my questions. I have already referred them to 2 of my friends.

After researching several companies, I decided to use Pinnacle. They were reasonably priced, but not the cheapest. My salesman, Robby Brown, was very knowledgeable and had drill depth statistics from the area that reassured me they would be going deep enough to actually secure my foundation for years. Also I was given a great warranty and a Lloyd of London warranty too in case they go out of business which is often the case with foundation companies. Everything did not go smoothly with my repair. I was unhappy a pier was placed so close to my water line. Pinnacle came back out and fixed the issue without charging me extra and truly went above and beyond my expectations. Even with the issue, I’d choose them again just because of the integrity of the company which is hard to find after a company has already been paid in full. Great job Pinnacle!
