Robby and team came out and evaluated my parent's 80 year old pier and beam home. The home had significant challenges due to age and previous subpar repairs (handy man). The floors were uneven and unsteady. Robby was professional and very good in explaining what steps should be taken to stabilize the foundation. The outcome exceeded our expectations. Robby's team was prompt, professional, hard working and thorough. Cost of the repair was fair. We highly recommend Pinnacle Foundation Repair!

I recently needed my foundation lifted do to settling from lack of foundation watering. Nate my account executive arrived on time and began taking his measurements. He explained all the possible pier options to me which was great because I knew absolutely nothing at the time. After my meeting with Nate, he followed back up with me to see if I had decided on a company and through our conversations and the plans he provided I felt like Pinnacle was the right for for me, and I’m so happy I went with them. The Pinnacle team showed up promptly both days and were more than polite! Nate called each day to check in on the project and to confirm that all my expectations were being meet (which they were)! Pinnacle was great, and Nate was excellent! I can’t be happier with the results of the lift, definitely a good experience everything was handled with great detail, care, and punctuality! From the scheduling of the appointment, work on the house, even the plumbing and engineering appointments. If anyone needs foundation repair look no further go to pinnacle you won’t be disappointed!

Robby with Pinnacle was awesome! Total five star service. I called to see if it were possible to get a short notice foundation inspection for a home we are buying. We only had 2 days left in our option period, hence the rush for an inspection (was prompted by the general home inspection). Originally I was told they didn't have availability on such short notice, but they called me back a few minutes later and were able to do some juggling to make it work. I think Robby gave up his lunch to take care of me. Robby arrived on time, was dressed professionally, and got to work right away. I walked the home with him and he used a device to look for differences in foundation elevation. We also inspected the concrete foundation that was visible on the outside of the home. After driving all the way out to nearly Denton, on his lunch break, Robby let me know that the foundation was well within normal limits and that nothing needed to be repaired. The small cracks in the tile were normal, and caused by very small up and down movement from the moisture that we get during the rainy months. He did spot some cracks around the outside of the home, but informed me that they were just cosmetic and didn't need to be patched (outside of aesthetic reasons). I was extremely pleased with his honesty, willingness to sacrifice his time, and after all that, $0 in compensation (now I feel like I need to mail the guy a tip... I didn't have any cash). BUT... he earned my business in the future, and I would gladly refer him to any friends or family. Thanks Pinnacle!!!

I had a sudden and dramatic drop of the foundation at the front of my house, to the point the walls cracked, and i could not close, latch, or lock my front door. Nate and his team were prompt, polite, and diligent in doing EVERYTHING as quick and convenient as possible! Foundation repair can be an expensive and arduous ordeal, but Pinnacle provided me with powerful quality of service, and got my house back on solid ground. 5/5 would recommend to anyone who thinks they might be experiencing foundation issues! Not only did they complete the work quickly, correctly, and respectfully, they followed up to make sure it stayed done, and reiterated that they come with a lifetime transferable warranty should those repairs ever not be anything more than the absolute best! Robby, Juan and the rest of the crew did a tremendous job at our home. I consulted with many foundation repair companies that do drainage work along with foundation repair, and Pinnacle Foundation Repair’s solution was the most all-encompassing of all. He took time to assess the issue, explained to me the overall process, showed me the materials that they were going to use, and came up with the best solution (in my humble, non-professional opinion). For someone who just purchased their first home, I wanted to make sure that I do things right the first time after buying a home with haphazard DIY repair jobs. During the consultation process, Robby’s proposed solution was a standout. His was the only one that addressed not only my house but my attached carport-turned-to-garage as well. The other companies provided me what seemed too extravagant on the number of pressed piers and materials used that would’ve cost an arm and a leg, while others proposed half-baked solutions. In the words of Goldilocks, his solution and his pricing was just right. As a new homeowner, I had many questions that needed answers. Robby’s detail-orientedness was definitely appreciated. He even came during the day-of construction and lifting of the house to make sure all was going as planned. He also provided advice on potential AC line issues that I had and got his trusted plumbers take a look at it as well during my post-work, hydrostatic testing (thanks for the tip, Robby!). The crew that came were very professional and placed everything back to where things were prior to the work that was done. Shoutout to Juan who guided me through what was going to happen the day of, answered all my many inquiries and was flexible with my scheduling during the time of closeout. Caitlin and Ali were helpful during the paperwork and payment processes. I was very busy during the day but they had taken my phone calls even afterhours to process everything. We are very happy with the result and the solutions provided by Pinnacle Foundation Repair. The cracks on my bricks have closed up, my doors are no longer sticking and while I’m still awaiting to find how the drainage will fair during the rainy season, I’m sure that the path chosen for this solution was the best path for my home. Robby Brown of Pinnacle performed a quick and exemplary leveling on the foundation of my home. Mr. Brown was quiet, but competent, in his examination of the work required and didn't try to pressure me but thoroughly examined the issues and gave me the best solution without trying to over sell the job. The damage to my home from shifting was extensive, but Pinnacle's staff finished the job within a day and did so quite professionally. I have an extensive background in construction and their techniques were applied accurately without trying to short cut any step of the work. I would highly recommend his Mr. Brown and Pinnacle who were very fair in their pricing and came well within the other competitor's pricing.

They did an excellent job and got it all done in one day. They even put everything back when they were done. We would highly recommend them and we would definitely hire them again.

Robby came out to give the initial cost. He was punctual and courteous. The work was scheduled for the next week. Their schedule freed them up a bit early and they called to see if it was ok to do some prep work the day before. The workers onsite were nice and respectful. The work was done when scheduled and everything looks great. I would recommend and use again.
