Absolutely awesome. The guys were professional, on time, did a great cleanup, and no upsell/pressure/drama. I will definitely use them again.

The provider sent his team who started on time. The provider came a little later after evaluating two other potential jobs. They protected three of my wife's favorite plants. One that received some damage was attended to appropriately. They completed their work in the late afternoon, leaving a clean yard.

They did a great job. They were correcting some things that another company messed up. This was the first time that I have used them too. They kept me updated and posted with cancellations, due to weather conditions. I plan to use them in the spring.

I have used them a couple of times. I like that they are not just laborers, they are actually also knowledgeable about trees as well. I wished I could give them an A+.

The crew arrived on time with all the equipment they needed. They worked fast and were very courteous. They did all the trimming an cleaned up all the trimmings . My property looked great when they finished.

I am so impressed with Paul Bunyan Tree Service!! I called on 7/15 to get a quote to remove a tree that fell partially on the roof of a rental house. They went out the next day, had an estimate to me quickly, I had it approved y my owners late in the day and they have to tree removed by 10am the next more before the next round of storms came through! The transaction was quick, smooth and painless!

Professional crew, very efficient.

They trimmed 2 trees in my front yard. One of them was covering the sidewalk, and you know how HOAs are about that. I have 2 Bradford Pears, first tree was $125, second tree was $25. They are beautiful now. HOA can stop having a heart attack. They did a beautiful job (took about 1 hour), worked professionally, took all the branches with them. I will use them again.

While the work they did was good, I was not completely satisfied with this Big Deal. I asked them to cut the growth on the outside of the fence but they really did not do the work I wanted. I have requested that they call me back so that we could resolve this issue but I have yet to get a call back from them.

Everything went well, we will probably use them again.

I think it went well. I thought the scheduling was a little bit delayed but it typically is for an Angie's List deal. I got the service a couple of weeks after I paid for it. He was professional. He explained what he was going to do. He came over and looked at the job before we agreed to do everything I asked. He was actually was able to come and do what I wanted when I wasn't here which was fine. When I came back, everything that I've asked to be done was done so he obviously understood me. I tried to contact some other services and they were really steep on the prices but the Angie's List deal was great. I probably would use them again if there was another Angie's List. They quoted me about $1700 to take care of my trees in the backyard.

I like the work they did. I was surprised that they did not paint large cuts on the trees, one of which was 8" by 10". I spoke to Steve and he told me that they don't do it as it hasn't been shown to be beneficial. I'm on my own to get to the large cuts and cover them if I want to. That's the only reason I'd hesitate to give them all A's.

I purchased one of Angie's big deals. I was not sure how it would go. It was $199 for 400 worth of tree service. I was supposed to be contacted in two business days. Finally, I initiated contact 10 days later. I had trouble even being able to get a quote from this company. Finally on April 10 he came out to see me. The work was supposed to be scheduled on the 17 or 18 of April. He then called and said that he would come on the 18th of April. I took off work that day. I heard nothing on the morning of the 18th. I finally called around 930 thinking that they should have started by now. Steve said they would be there at lunch. He then called back, and asked if he could come later. I indicated that I wanted the work done Saturday at the latest. Finally around 4 pm I got a call saying they would not come until Monday. i was very disappointed in this. He should have come on the day that he promised he would come. He knew that the city picked up branches on the 21 and that I was expecting this job to be completed. I would not recommend you do business with this company, as they are very unreliable.

Did not clean up the mess they made.They left small branches and saw dust on my lawn from the back yard when the tree was located to the street. My stone flower beds we torn up and a mess was left. in the street. The cost was rather steep. If you decide to use this firm make sure you are there to supervise.

I was out there asking them questions, they didn't mind. There was no fuss no muss. They were right on time.

Steve was very punctual coming out to give estimate. Estimate was just shy of $400 and was able to purchase "$199 for $400" service coupon offered through Angie's list. I had attempted to obtain estimates from 2 other tree trimming services in my area (both very well rated with Angie's list) and one never showed up and the other gave an estimate of $900 for the same job! The crew was great at cleaning up, left me some chopped firewood, and pointed out and remediated some cracked branches (likely due to freezing) that were discovered during job (without hiking up the price). All in all, very satisfied with the job done by Steve and his crew and will use them in the future (even without a discount voucher)

From the time we first called until the work was complete, we could not have been more pleased. The estimate and actual cost were the same, the service was professionally performed with skill, and the cleanup was complete.

All work was done in the timeframe he said it would take and left everything clean and neat.
