Paul Bunyan Tree Service did an outstanding job...above my expectations. All the workers were exceptional and went above and beyond to get the job done.

We called after normal business hours and they were able to come out the same evening. We had thought that we might have to take the tree out rather than brace it because of a French drain system near the tree. Steve listened to our concerns and was able to place the brace in a way that worked and saved the tree.

They provided excellent service. They were punctual and professional and did a great job. It took them no time at all to remove a tree that was beginning to tear up my foundation. They even cut up some of the tree for me so I could use it as firewood!

I have always had a good experience from time of estimate until work completed

We have a huge Bradford pear that needed to be thinned out and trimmed back. Steve and his crew did an excellent job and were very pleasant and speedy. I had used another service before but would definitely hire these folks instead.

It didn't go. They have not shown up yet!!!!!

I would have loved to have used Paul Bunyan, but the price quoted was significantly out of step with their competition. $2600 to trim four live oaks ($650/tree) is roughly double what we've paid in the past and were quoted this year by other certified arborists. They seem like a professional, responsive company, but we had to choose someone else.

Paul Bunyan was very responsive on all email. From requesting a quote and any follow up questions he responded within a hour. From the tome of the quote to completion was less than 3 days. The tree looks wonderful like a peach tree should. They were wonderful in the clean up. All the material that was cut off I could not even find a small branch. I will use them again. And recommend highly

Trees look great. Even before we went to see the house ourselves, the neighbors contacted us and said it looked a lot better with the trees taken care of.

I believe that they did a good job in removing a cottonwood tree that had fallen into a neighbor's yard falling heavy rains.

Unfortunately, I'm not remembering the name of the guy that came out to evaluate the job (as I'm typing right now), but once the request was sent in he showed up promptly on the time specified. The date for the job was scheduled, but he called the day before to say they could come a day earlier - which was great for me! They arrived before the stated time, and accomplished the job in less time than I anticipated. They cleaned up very well all the leaves and twigs. I was really impressed. And then they were gone.

Great. They arrived at 8:30 am and were finished by 4:30pm all on the same day. I had 6 small trees and the stumps of about 10 photinia bushes that were removed. Very professional and explained all about having to remove part of the fence (because the trees had grown into the chain link... and about the potential to hit sprinkler lines with the grinding equipment and they marked with flags all the sprinklers that required attention. All this was perfectly acceptable because the order in which you do things (removal of trees, then installation of fence, then sprinkler replacement and realignment) will save you time, money and aggravation.

Tree removal was done very well and professionally. I'm extremely pleased with the work. They were also a little more reasonable than some other co tractors we had bid on the work with the added benefit of them being able to start work about a week or two later. Quote was in writing and work was also done within one day. The foreman was very good at communicating what they were doing and all the guys hustled while they were here. The only glitch was in the flower bed - I asked them to clear out the overgrowth of weeds and old leaves, but the guy doing it pulled up a flowering rose bush along with the weeds. Overall a good experience and I would call them again if I have need of removing more trees in the future.

Steve is very responsive and professional. His guys are very through and courteous. Mindy at the front desk was very professional too. The stump grinding went well and they cleaned up after they were done. Must give them a try if you are needing trimming or complete take down.

It went great. They performed the work when I was away from the house. I returned home and it was completed.

Company was very responsive to phone calls and text messages. Steve Cabrera was prompt, friendly, and confident. He showed and explained to us what needed to be done. Service was on time (early). Debris was cleaned up and hauled away. We will rely on Steve for service advice in future to maintain a healthy tree.

Great. Work was done when they said it would be, the communication of the process was good and I felt the price was reasonable.

Paul Bunyan was very responsive when I contacted them. The next business day, they stopped by to look at my trees and an estimate was provided soon thereafter. On the day of service, they arrived at the time they said they would. It took about 2 or 3 hours for the job finish. They then swept my driveway and sidewalk and ensured as much of the branches were picked up as possible. They also smoothed over my lawn to make sure it was level. Paul Bunyan did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them for tree and stump removal.

From the initial contact with Steve to meeting for an estimate to the final job I could not be more pleased. The crepe myrtles, trees and shrubs look amazing and all branches and trimmings were removed. Definitely an A+++++++ job.

Steve and his crew did and excellent job trimming all the trees on our property we just bought in June. All the trees looking amazing, Steve did mention that trees properly haven't been trimmed for at least 5 years or more so it was a big job We are now getting great compliments on the trees. Would highly recommend Steve and his team and we are going to use them yearly from now on.

Very professional. The crew worked like a well oiled machine. They may have left the area cleaner than when they arrived. They gently lowered every piece to the ground. Marked and covered every sprinkler head and landscape light in the area. I'm a commercial contractor myself and I was very impressed with the attention to detail that was taken with every aspect of the job.
