It went perfectly. When they came for assessment, he explain the chemicals why they use this and its purpose. It helps me understand and understood what was going on. He was knowledgeable. They deserve the 5 stars rating.

Paragon was a blessing to me over the past week. I had annoying squirrels in my attic that were causing a lot of damage, including destroying my insulation. I called Paragon and Chase came out and did a free inspection. Afterward, he gave me my quote, which was a great deal. Unfortunately, after the winter storm that month, my budget had to be adjusted to make room for emergency repairs. I was still anxious to get those squirrels out. Every day I heard them tumbling and scratching in my attic. I was imagining the continuous damage they were causing. I had to figure out something quickly so I called Terminix because of their payment plan offer. After their inspection, they emailed me their contract with their financing terms. Examining it, I noticed that the cost to do the same thing Paragon said they'd do was twice as much. Plus the cost of financing. I also did some additional research and found that the financing company they use had terrible reviews, ruining people's credit. So I immediately canceled that contract and call Paragon back. I really wanted to work with them in the first place because of their quality of customer service and I also liked Chase's sincerity in his effort to give me great service for an excellent price. So I called them back crossing my fingers to see if they would work out an installment plan (not financing) with me. They agreed! They were such a Godsend to me. Adam came out the next day (again...great customer service), and he re-inspected my home to check for any possible additional damage since their first inspection. He started work that day. Days later they came back to do a check-up and did additional work. The cost with the installment plan they worked out with me was the same price they quoted me the first time they came out (a month prior). They were committed to honoring their original quote. I'm very satisfied with their quality of work, their customer service, and professionalism. I will use them for my pest control needs in the future and I recommend this company for yours.

This company is wonderful. They give you the feeling that they really care about you and the work that they do. I can’t recommend them enough or say enough good things about them. I wish everybody ran their business the way they do.
