Robin is very professional and the company responded with in 2 hrs for the claim submitted with choice home warranty services. The service appointment was setup for the first appointment of the very next day. Robin explained the issue and was able to fix the problem in no time. A++++++ service

He came on time looked at the garage and start writing up quote. I said the spring is fine, the cable had come off, can you put it back on the both wheels and align the door. He started with 200 plus for this work, then I told him the normal rate is about 120 for servicing, may be 150. Then he came down on the price and met me half way for 160 with only 60 days warranty. Also he blamed on the spring. For which he quoted $230 to change the springs. There are others who would change the springs (good springs) for $140 with warranty. Anyway he put the cables back on track and I paid him 160. Not using him again. Very rude and lack of courtesy.

They were accommodating by coming within 3 hours when I told them that the door was stuck and that it posed a security problem. Person who answered the initial call was knowledgeable and gave an estimate which turned out to be accurate. The technician provided quality work and patiently answered my questions.

I didn't get a phone call so I thought they would be here between 8-10 and made some extra arrangements to be available. I told them I had some flexibility but would prefer a phone call the day before if they were not coming during the early slot so I wouldn't have to make the special arrangements to be available. When they didn't show up, I figured they would be here between 2 and 4. At 3:15 or so I called them and asked when they were coming and why I didn't get a phone call. She told me that she mis-understood and thought they only needed to call if they were coming 8-10. She said she would check with the repair man and placed me on hold. She came back on and said he was on his way and was an hour away. I reminded her that the appointment was for 2-4 and it didn't sound like they were going to make it. At that point I guess she felt she couldn't do anything about it. Thinking they would be here @ 4:15, I made some adjustments and went on. Around 4:45, they still weren't here so I called and got voicemail. At 4:58, the owner called me and told me he was on his way. I told him that didn't allow me enough time to be at church at 6 so I was cancelling the appointment. I asked him why he didn't come earlier and he said he understood I was flexible. I guess he didn't think he needed to call either. Perhaps there was some honest mis-communication and traffic issues in this that made matters worse. I'm not sure how much was that and how much was they just assumed I would be happy to get my garage door fixed whenever they showed up. At a minimum they could have called me like I asked and even if there was mis-communication regarding that, they could have called when it became clear they weren't going to make either time slot. I have asked my Home Warranty to assign someone to this who doesn't live on the other side of Dallas/Ft. Worth so they can get here in a 30 minute drive or less. I suspect Tom's drive was at least 60 miles and with daytime traffic could have taken 90 minutes or more to get here, depending on where he was coming from. I see he is based in Arlington.

came within hours of a call on a Saturday. accurate estimate and same as final price. had all parts needed with him. he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Technician arrived ontime and didn't waste a second, he started to removed old door right away, he was quick and very accurate with measuments and everything. Installed my garage door opener and even showed me how to use it.! He was quick and the best of all they work around my schedule and they came after 5pm..!!
