It went fine. I've only used them this one time. I believe he was out here for a plumbing problem and we were satisfied. He did a job. We had an issue that he couldn't fix and he explained what needed to be done and he did the part that he could do. I appreciated his honesty. He did what he could do and explained what we needed to have done but it called for more knowledge than he had. I would recommend Nacho's service. He was very good.

Nacho was willing to come to our home after hours as he as working nearby. He was very professional and pleasant. I would recommend.

He provided estimates, but I didn't end up using him.

I scheduled an appointment with Nacho for an estimate on some plumbing and exterior painting. He was scheduled to arrived between 6:00pm-6:30pm on Friday, March 25,2011. He never showed. Finally Sunday evening around 7:00pm, he called to apologize, stating he misplaced my number, and he could come out at that moment. By that time, I had a referral through a friend, and the plumbing work was taken care of that previous Friday after Nacho failed to appear. Therefore, I told Mr. Nacho, his services were no longer needed. Maybe it's just me, but I am not having success on Angie's List with these handymen. I am finding them to be either grossly overpriced, or have a total disregard for my time!

Nacho came out the day after I called to look at the work I needed done and give me a bid. He was able to get started on the work within a couple of days. Most of the work was paint touch up. For some of the rooms we had left over paint, but for the main areas he had to match it. Did an excellent job of the paint match. Many of the baseboards and wall trim had been dinged and needed touch up. They looked freshly painted when he was done. He grouted areas in the bathroom and gave the house an overall pick me up that it needed.

He and 1 to 2 helpers worked 40 hours putting it all together working steady, following all the directions and putting it together correctly. He is a pleasure to work with- very honest and is very skilled handy man.

I am not happy with the job that was done on the door panel, although I am happy of the job he did on the doorstep. A couple of times when I was expecting him to arrive and he never did, he also did not call to say why he had not arrived. I could have been doing something else and not be waiting on him if only he had called. I have not heard from him again about the second job I asked him to do, so I guess he doesn't want to do it after all. Overall I am not happy with this company.

Mr. Nacho Wauman was responsive to my phone calls and was patient when I had to change the time on short notice. When he arrived at my home he took great pains to clean up after himself and even wiped his feet when he walked in and out the door(a little thing but I thought it was nice). His work was excellent and I would definitely use him again and would recommend him highly.

He called me back once. I was out of town. I told him we would do the work on Tuesday. He was supposed to call me so we could schedule a time. He has still not called.

It looks beautiful! High quality craftsmanship!! They keep their work area spotless and are very professional and personable. Prices are very competitive.

What a wonderful experience! I met Nacho at a home improvement store- he saw me struggling to lift 50lb bags of sand into my car and he quickly came to my rescue. I noticed a handyman sign on his car and wrote down the number. There was something about him- a goodness that I and my family picked up on right away. My husband's "honey do list" was growing and I was desperate for a trustworthy handyman but careful for my and my kids safety. I am so thrilled I called Nacho Handy for all the repairs- he is a wonderful person- a very hard worker and super honest. His rates are fantastic- way below competition and his craftmanship is impecable. His hours are flexible and convient. I can't speak highly enough about him. I've hired him to do several other jobs with all equally great results.
