Our area -- a and quot;Public Improvement Districtand quot; in Lancaster, Texas -- is now recovering from years of neglect. Modern Green has helped set the priorities, develop projects within our budget and timeline, and provided reliable service on matters large and small.
Description of Work: Modern Green handles our routine maintenance -- mowing, picking up litter, and keeping the sprinklers working right. They also handle our upgrade projects. Most recently, our main liaison -- co-owner James Quezade --has put together an improvement to our neighborhood entryway ways. James brought in a terrific Landscape Architect, Joe Sarabia

+ 1 moreThey did an amazing job on the installation, and even worked over the weekend (when our office was closed) so it would not disturb the patients at the office. The owner's of this buisness went above and beyond on our expecations and we cannot be more pleased.
Description of Work: We initially used this company to landscape our home, and they did such a great job, that we hired them to re-landscape my husband's office. The office needed an irrigation system, as well as to completely re-do the landscape around the office and parking lot, and re-do an old stone walkway that was in shambles. The office looks beautiful now and make such a huge difference in the appearance!! They planted several new trees, re-did all the flower beds around the entrance to the office, and added new plantings throughout the property. They also installed a new flagstone walkway, that looks great.

+ 1 moreI was highly impressed with both the owners of this company, as well as the workers. Everyone was very polite, effiecent, and overall exceeded my expectations. The owners, went through multiple options with me on my new plants, and reccomended plants that were native to the area, that could survive the hot Texas summer weather, and our winters. They also installed some stone edging around my flower beds, which drastically improved the appearence of my landscape for the better. These guys were awesome to work with from start to finish, and I would 100% reccomend them. They stayed in my budget, and exceeded my expectations
Description of Work: I called this company for an estimate on some landscape improvements, as most of my plants died in last summer's drought. They gave me a quote for a clean up of all my flower beds, as well as some new plantings. They worked within my $3000.00 budget, and made my yard beautiful again. The work that was done included: complete cleanup of all flower beds, replanting new plants, mulching, stone work and some fertilization of my grass.
