Gary is always great to work with and easy to schedule. He arrives on time and calls to let you know he's on the way. I will never use any other carpet cleaning service.

This provider came highly recommended by a neighbor. After an unsatisfactory experience with another carpet cleaner, I called Masters to see if they could come out the next day and clean my carpets while the furniture was moved. He did come out the next day, even called and said he could come earlier because of a change in his schedule. He did a great job cleaning my carpets, getting most of the stains out that didn't appear to be touched by the other cleaner. He even gave me a generous discount on the price and wished me luck in getting a refund for the other cleaner.
