He is outstanding. I recommended him to a friend and she was just as pleased as I was. We had a huge rainstorm and high winds just months after the last time he was in and I had a leak inside. So, I thought maybe the shingles had gotten damaged, so I called him the next morning and he was here first thing. He got on the roof and it turned out it was something that was our fault and not his. We did not get the leaves out. It was not the gutter but it was where the two roofs come together and the leaves kept the water there so that made it drip inside. So, he got that heap of leaves removed and did not charge me a dollar for coming out. He is a great guy.

The experience was a positive one for me. Jack was sensitive to the issues we were having with timing of claims.

I thought they did a good job with the work performed however it is impossible to get this man to come out and do warranty work. Mr. Jenkins will tell you over and over that he will get it taken care of but that day never comes! I have been on the phone with him five times over the course of three months which started out as a two week completion. I guess it is time for me to order what I need myself and have another contractor put it in. For this reason I would not consider using this roofing company again, like all other contractors and company,s you really should take care of your customers. I did not want our relationship to end this way but business is business!

I had a concern about a temporary repair on my roof and the insurance adjuster had said it was not a satisfactory repair, so I wanted to make sure it would not leak ( I had not seen any evidence of a re-leak from the repaired spot). It was in the weather forecast to start raining late in the week and over the weekend and I wanted to get it fixed before it started raining so I called Jenkins Roofing to see if they would come and inspect and repair the roof. I was told that Mr Jenkins was not available. I told the lady what I wanted to talk to him about and she said she would have him call me back. I realize "busy" and have never expected to be placed at the "front of the line" as it were,but one would think at least a call-back could be done to acknowledge your call, but I never got a call-back until 3 days later. By that time I had already had another contractor working on the roof. Because I have no way of knowing whether or not he would have been willing to make a minor repair and I waited several days for him to call I felt lucky to have found someone to make the repairs before it rained, but because of his good reputation, I might consider using him in the future.

Very well - used a previously quoted quote - made the appointment, call back was prompt, materials ordered, work was done within a week, on the day it was promised.

Jack Jenkins is a fantastic, down to earth person that doesn't hard sell you on things you don't need. His crew got there just at daylight and would work almost until dark. Jack is prompt, started when he said he would, and answers phone calls! I had received 2 other quotes from companies that wouldn't return phone calls and tried to sell us more than we needed. We had issues with raccoons, and he and his crew went out of their way to help build blocks so they can no longer get in the attic. Embarrassing to say - they left the yard even cleaner than it was when they arrived. His crew was always polite and professional. His work, I feel, is outstanding. Thanks Jack for making an otherwise stressful situation so easy!

I had a very good experience. They were very responsive and provided a hail resistant roof at a reasonable price.
