Grass Monkey Lawn Care

Kept going up on the original estimate (1st estimate $230, final cost $400) Some of the work was OK but some not satisfactory at all.

Great service came back after being paid to clean up some missed items.

Did what I needed, showed up on time, fair price.

Kyle and his crew were everything I had hope I would find. Not only did they prove to be an honest company, but all of them were friendly, professional and exceptionally hard working. I am very pleased with the outcome.

These guys always respond pretty timely, and work very efficiently when they are here. I feel like the prices were quoted fairly.

Service completed 3 days later than promised. Quote was for two hours of service, but ended up lasting twice as long and costing me twice what was quoted. He should have stopped at two hours to ask if I wanted them to continue. My budget took a hard hit.

I was very impressed at first with the work. I have no problem with the work done. My problem is with owner, Kyle who said one thing and then does another, in short he said his men would be mowing my lawn on this day, and they never showed up. He has done this to me several times. I do not appreciate being lied to. Poor business practice. I think the problem is the way I decided to pay him, and he is unwilling to say he wants to be paid another way. Why will not he just speak up and be truthful if we have a problem. Why lie. Why blow smoke up my nose. My grass is getting long, and he tells me he is sending his men on this day, and they do not show up. If he does not want me as a customer he just has to say so, do not play games.

This has been one of my better picks. These guys do it all, and do it at good rates. Needed my hedges trimmed badly, but their offers were so good that I've hired them for bi-weekly yard service. They also climbed up and cleared by roof for pocket change! Professional, polite, pocket friendly, and extremely responsive. I would highly recommend so far...
