This was a hindsight 20/20 experience and if I had simply read the articles that advise you on how to spot a shady contractor I would have found a different contractor. 1. Nothing was in writing. 2. Communication was horrible. 3. Work took much longer than required and quality was lacking. The contractor did acknowledge the lack of communication and apologized with a discount but I would have spent 2x as much to have less hassle and better quality. I have new holes in my wall, mortar stains on my deck, front yard, and flower bed. I constantly had to clean food, cans, paper towels, and bottles thrown by works in both the front and backyard. They tried to cut corners and leave spots filled with caulking instead of tile and already there is opening between the tile from shoddy labor. I have a broken water line to my fridge and missing Halloween decorations. This was a really bad experience and I still have to spend more money to have someone fix the shabby labor.

I reached out to Golden Swan Services because the company I originally hired was taking for every to get back with me. Kunal contacted me immediately to find out what my needs were. We discussed over the phone, he followed up via text and got it scheduled right away. As soon as he finished he reached out to see if it was satisfactory and to see if there was anything else I may need, he also sent pics of the work that was completed. He is very professional, the communication is excellent, he is fair and trustworthy and I will hire him again for any future needs. He has earned my business for all of my future projects.

Overall, it was a good experience. They were pretty professional, very nice, very courteous.
