WE THOUGHT THEY WERE GOOD UNTIL WE NEEDED A FOLLOW UP VISIT FOR REPAIR, THEN THEY WERE BELIGERENT.
Description of Work: THE ROOF WAS INSTALLED. WE FELT WE HAD NO PROBLEMS UNTIL A CERTIFIED HOME INSPECTOR SAID THE ROOF APPEARED TO BE NEAR THE END OF ITS LIFE CYCLE. THERE IS A 2-YEAR WARRANTY OF LABOR AND A 20 YEARS ON MATERIALS. WE TRIED TO GET MR. FORD OUT TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM AND HE ONLY BAD MOUTHED THE REALTORS. AFTER REPEATED ATTEMPTS HE FINALLY CAME AND SAID THAT THE INSPECTOR WAS WRONG AND STATED THERE WAS A WARRANTY. HOWEVER, THOSE ITEMS OF REPAIR ARE CONTIGENT UPON THE SALE OF MY HOME. I DO NOT WANT TO PASS A PROBLEM ON TO THE NEW OWNERS, HOWEVER, MR. FORD JUST CONTINUED TO BAD MOUTH THE REALTORS. WE DEPEND ON PROFESSIONALS BECAUSE WE ARE ONLY LAYMEN.
