DOUBLE C SERVICES

This company provided the most economical services for a move out cleaning. I was able to choose the cheapest option just because the home was empty. Normally on this option they will not move any of the furniture, but that wasn't a concern in this case. I had called other companies for quotes and found that most charged extra for closet space, no matter how small the closet and considered the living room or master bedroom to be two areas instead of one, which is where they can add in additional costs. The companies that did this were from some other highly rated Angie's List companies which reminds me to do my own research and not always go with the company that has the most happy faces or coupons. Double C showed up early to the the scheduled appointment time of somewhere between 8-10am, work quickly and efficiently and were done within 30 minutes. The guys were in company shirts and very polite. The estimate I was given over the phone was right on. They did considere the living room and master bedroom as one area each and threw in the master bedroom closet as a "hallway" since I didn't have a carpeted hallway. The carpet was fairly damp throughout the day even with fans and the A/C set to a lower temperature so if you're going to be home I would recommend leaving ample drying time. Once again in this case, the home was empty so it had plent of time to dry without being walked upon. Overall great job.

It was a very small area, and they wanted to charge quite a bit. We finally decided on a price. He seem to due the job very quickly, he took out the pad extracted the water, applied sanitizer, and left with two fans on. It just seemed a little unprofessional, and to charge too much for what they did.

THE TWO EMPLOYEES TELEPHONICALLY CONTACTED ME AND ADVISED ME OF THEIR TIME OF ARRIVAL. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE DRESSED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THEY EXPLAINED THE PRODUCTS THEY WERE USING AND THEN WORKED DILIGENTLY. THEY WENT OVER THE CONTRACT WITH ME AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS.
