It worked out great. They were fantastic. We had them come back again yesterday to do some more work. They were great. They were very polite and very cordial. They had another kind that came in that was their Quality Control guy. They were real fast. They came and did their work and left. They had already given us a price for the work they did yesterday and they stuck to that price.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and I was quite pleased with that. The price was good. There were a couple of plastic and wire pieces that they left on the floor.

I missed the $99 deal but bought the $111 deal and I still think it was worth it. I called to get an estimate first. Rick came out, gaveme an estimate, I scheduled the work, Rick came back out and completed the work for less than he esitmated because it did not take him as long. Who does that? Very happy with the work and the professionalism.

Excellent service! C&B electric called to let me know they had an electrician in my area who had some extra time today and wanted to know if I would like to move my appointment (which was scheduled for next week ) to get the work done today instead. This is actually the second time they called to offer an earlier appointment - the first time I unfortunately wasn't available on the afternoon they had open. I really appreciate they offer this as part of their service because it makes sense from a business standpoint (awesome customer service) and I love that I got my project done sooner! Rick, the personable and professional electrician, called immediately to let me know the estimated time of his arrival. When he showed up, on time, I showed him the areas I needed work done and he immediately got started. Rick was friendly and professional and he didn't mind my watching him work or asking questions. Rick finished my projects in an hours time... something that would have taken me all day to do! Thanks Rick and thanks C&B for offering the Angie's List coupon special. Best $99 I spent on electrical and worth every penny to be introduced to your company and the great work ya'll do. I'll definitely use C&B again if I have another electrical project in the future.

Purchased the $99 deal for 2 hours worth of work. Scheduling was easy and the technician arrived on time. He completed the work quickly and was willing to look at a ceiling fan that had an issue with the pull chain. He was very personable and we were very satisfied with the work. We will definitely use again.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for $99 for two hours of work. The Big Deal stated that they will contact me within three days. Additionally, when purchasing, I had to include preferred days and times of service. While I did receive an email (through the Angies List mail system) from the provider, the email stated that I should call them to make an appointment. This was my first disappointment, as I did expect that they would call me. No big deal though, just inconvenient to have to log back in and get their number. Then it seems that the appointments I choose did not pass through to them, so that was a waste of time. However, on the agreed to day, the technician did show up within the four hour window. He also called before he came. However, not the 30 minutes as I was told, but only 10 minutes. I had to drop everything and run out of my office to meet the tech. He replaced two fixtures and I had to help him change the bulbs. But that was no big deal. Hw wasn't very personable, but I do understand that he was there for a job, not to be my new friend. However, the most disappointing part was the mess that he left. He asked if he can throw the old fixtures in my trash. I asked him to take them with him - which he did without hesitation. Though I was left to clean up sheetrock dust from the fixture replacement, and quite a lot of dirt and leaves he tracked into the house from either his ladder, his shoes or both. All was okay, but I would recommend to the company to bring a vacuum to the jobs, or at least ask if he can borrow mine.

Appointment went all as planned. Rick called to give me a head's up he'd be showing up in the next 45 minutes. I showed him what my issues were and he got straight to work, also providing me additional info on 2 other jobs I needed done. Everything was done quickly and most importantly, correctly. I will be using CB to put in a new breaker panel and a fix a few more items. I HIGHLY recommend CB and will be using them for all future electrical needs!

They wanted me to pay $3,000 more to get work done. When I questioned it, they offered for me to only pay $2,000 to get work done. I thought the ad for this deal was misleading. Also, I found companies with better price.

Excellent service. Very responsive. Crew arrived on time and were quick and expedient. House was only without power for a very short amount of time. Highly recommend the crew and the work they did. Used existing openings so no drywall work was required.

Scheduling the work was easy, and convenient. The technician called to tell me he was on his way and arrived as scheduled. He explained the options for resolving my electrical issues, and how much the selected options would cost. The work was completed quickly, and I'm very happy with the results.

They're pretty good in their job! We just had some miscommunication, because they need to have the city inspection. We had to have several appointment with them. They just cannot coordinate with the city inspector. They need to coordinate them, the inspector and us. It was quite awhile until finally, the city inspector came without them. The inspector was originally saying that they need to have them present when they come to inspect, but they've never been able to arrange itself. Finally, the city inspector came without them, and it still passed. The people from this company were nice, and they know what they're doing. I would probably not use them again in the future.

Rick was the installer. He called thirty minutes ahead of performance. Very professional and knowledgeable. Installed the outlet and connected to a dedicated outlet within an hour timeframe. He cleaned area after completing the job. We also discussed other electrical needs for future appointments.

Rick was exactly on time, friendly, gentlemanly and completely professional. The kitchen ceiling light had loose wires and it was quickly repaired. After installing the ceiling fan, Rick noticed a clicking sound when the blades were rotating. He rechecked all his installation work to make sure everything was correct and screws tightened. He determined that the sound was coming from within the motor, so I had to take it back and re-schedule. Sure enough, second time around, there was Rick, right on time for the re-do and just as pleasant as the first time.. Second fan is now working perfectly. There was only one charge for the ceiling fan installations. C&B Electric should be your first call when you need electric work done.

Original service date had to be rescheduled due to a problem on their end, but that was not a problem for us, especially since they were willing to do it on a Saturday. The work went well and proceeded in a timely manner. Service guy was friendly, professional and informative. The folks in the company's front office were very helpful in getting me a receipt for the work. I did not receive one at the time of service.

Very professional , knowledgable and courteous

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it was perfect; I did not have a single problem with it. He came out and was real easy-going. He knew exactly what he was doing and said he had put a lot of them in already because of the deal. The electrician came in and cleaned up everything when he was done. I was even able to leave my house to go run some errands while he was there. It was easy.

Went very well. No problems except I had to reset all the digital clocks in the house!

They attempted to bait and switch me into paying 5 times as much to replace my electrical panel. I felt this was a highly unethical business practice and I expected better from them. Beware of this company, all is not as it seems.

When they replaced the service panel they cracked the drywall a little bit, but they did it in about half the time that they suggested. They said it would take about four hours, but they did it in two. It looks like everything is working well and he knew what he was doing. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. The cracked drywall had to be replaced.

It went great -- I am always a little concerned when i replace something in my house because it seems like there is always some hidden problem. But this whole process went smoothly. Brian arrived on time -- explained everything as he went along -- and finished earlier than expected. I'd recommend them to friends and neighbors.

dWhen I called to inquire prior to purchasing the Angie's List deal I spoke with Dee and he was very helpful in explaining the deal to me and if it is something that would fix some of the problems I had. I set up an appointment and was told someone would arrive between 8 and 11am and that it could take until 2-3pm. On the day of the electrician, I believe his name was Rick, showed up right on time at 8am and finished around 12pm. He was very considerate and polite, even cleaning up the sheetrock dust in the garage! He worked hard to minimize the time I was without electricity. I will definitely use them again if I have future electrical needs.

He replaced the panel - showing up on time. Left everything back in place and cleaned up He put in the 3 outlet drops actually for less than he quoted originally. Did excellent job. I would heartily recommend them

We were very pleased with the price of $1,099.00, the work performed and the great attitude of the mand doing the work.
